  1. I also bought an engine which was imported and sitting on a crate. The sump was dented and it had fallen over so the inlet manifold was broken aswell. Also the importer stated it had around a 100k's on it but the timing belt cover vaguely showed a number starting with 2. It did come with 3 months of warranty so I took the gamble and it has been running fine for a year now. When you go look at it check for the timing belt sticker and any obvious damage. Also ask if the importer can give any warranty.

  3. Max. Ive ever had was 630km from 1 fueltank in my GT (4EFTE). Do a basic service on your car, 10W40 oil, filter and air filter. Clean the throttle body and inlet, and try a fuel additives engine and injector cleaner. Also check your tire pressure is correct.
  4. Hi there, if you installed the coilovers the way they came out of the box there should be no problems with the topmounts. I have the exact same problem with tire rubbing to the chassis. It is indeed strange that it is ony when you turn to the right. It doesnt really bother me much and I keep it in mind, but it could be a problem when you bring the car to your countries MOT, I had to change the wheels for some thin spares to make it pass MOT
  5. Because the car is lowered one of your wheels is now rubbing to the inner wall when on full lock. Did you take the wheel off when you inspected? What wheel size do you have?
  6. Do you use the stock, 20 year old hoses or new hoses?

  9. Screeching turbo sounds like an inbalance which would mean a worn turbo (bearings gone, no oil?). When the turbo is worn it can jam and block the inlet and reduce power. Did you fill it up to the correct level to begin with? Edit: take of your air filter and check for any play on the compressor wheel

  11. I'm not sure which wire it is on a glanza but you could take out your gauge cluster and splice in the wire there, follow the lines on the back of the instrument cluster to find which wire you need

  15. I would buy a new distributor cover from Tuningdevelopments, they are not that expensive.. Is it a standard wastegate actuator? How is is hooked up, is the low/high solenoid still connected? Your wastegaste should be closed during normal driving

  17. If so how to repair the rear axle? I think I have this problem
