I had to claim for a rear diff mount which got lost in the post. Now I always take pics of the item wrapped up and of it in the box just in case I need them. I also send these to the buyer.

Powerflex engine mounts, how stiff are they?
Bean replied to Ep91 kid's topic in Chassis & Suspension
Stiff as morning cock on them yellow bushes! -
Did someone get some of these made a bit ago? Im going to have a go at making my own turbo manifold. Mild steel would be prefered as it will be cheaper before i have a go at a stainless one. I plan to use 1 1/4! sch40 if anyone has any bends or straight butt fittings about.

liam is top man for turbo rebuilds he did my ct9 hybrid and its going strong.

mine are just the lower springs for both cars they seem very stiff on the gt tbh. i dont think the stock shocks i have are the best though tbh. i had a set of trd coilovers on a gt about 9 years ago and they were very stiff but i never went about adjusting them, i think all jap coilovers are only for track use tbh.

You can get the corolla Haynes from amazon for a few quid it covers the 4efe. Its worth having for the price.

mine still looked pretty new when i fitted them. I also got hold of a brand new set for my gt4.

I've got them on my grey gt. They are very stiff and low enough for me.

I fitted a techniclutch at a mates request after I advised him to steer clear and it lasted 2 days. Pile of crap. It wasn't a paddle though but the car wasnt daft power.

Not much changed on this really just clocking the miles up daily on it. I couldnt hold off any longer and fitted a fmic and relocated the air filter. No cutting of the bumper, fitting it was a bit harder with the auto box being a beast with the dip stick cables and stuff for it in the way. The car is going better and is now hitting fuel cut on the high boost setting so im driving on the low boost which seems to be only just under fuel cut. I need to get the emanage on it and a map. picked this up - not the best condition but i havent seen one in a long time. Thi

Anyone got the paseo ratios or anyone used one before? -
i think it was the td12 which was external wastegate only. theres a thread somewhere about the different turbos it might not be on this forum if you google them.

Tongs are prob the best ct9 hybrid out there.

i had to space the power steering pump out about 15mm i think on my 5e so look at where the ps pump is mounted for spacers added.

look at the helix ones. i had a helix paddle in my ep85 and it was spot on, plenty of launches at the drag racing and pedal wasnt hard like others. I have since fitted one in my gt4 and its great in that too. -
every starlet i see for sale is "big spec" so there must be plenty of them

I think your going to be very busy Sacha!! -
Thanks guys, looking back it was horrible work and i found it hard to keep going at it. just hours of crap flying everwhere from grinding wire wheels and the die grinder. The GT4 rear end has lots of nasty places for rust to get at given chance so it took ages to get it how i was happy with it before i painted it. the sub frame and stuff were all powder coated then new bolts throughout and all poly bushed. The car is on the road now. I have the kp starlet to do at some point over winter.

ive copied and pasted this from another forum as i couldnt be bother to type it out again. This is my st205 celica. small update. thats as far as ive got for now. im just doing it in sections so i get it all cleaned up and its not sitting as bare metal for long. then once its all covered i will give it another coat of primer then the stone chip, primer, bodycolour. I plan to get some stuff sprayed inside the sills and cavity's also. I used a twisted wire wheel in a grinder for most of it, and a smaller one in an air grinder and then smaller bits in a drill to get into harder bits.

never heard of anyone running one of these. -
Ahh if only it was for an external wastegate I would have had it.
