It's only running a bar now, when its mapped it should be 1.5 which will be the turbo maxed out I think. -

well ive finally got this booked in on the dyno for just a power run at least tomorrow. any guesses at what she will make? it is running a bit rich so im going to say 205bhp -
ive got the wms "heavy duty" kit and the breaking power is great on my ep85. the rears dont need uprated. nothing wrong with drums on a light car.
-
nice! which size exhaust side did you go for .64? will it be wound up to 2 bar??
-
drop it onto the floor or onto a trolley then lift the front of the car up and pull the engine out.
-
that sounds familiar. i know Dave b always said to fit them behind the gearbox. alsso you want the tip of the sensor (the part inside the exhaust) pointing down at a bit of an angle and the end out of the exhaust pointing up.
-
this is where they should go not in the down pipe as it decreases the life of them. in the manual it says how far they should be from the turbo.
-
where did you source your 20v from morgey?
-
here you go chief filter
-
i wouldnt mind a 20v for a conversion they all seem to be in ireland though!
-
hmmm i dont know who this is!! i will have to find out!
-
^ i agree! i didnt think there was anyone left who isnt obsessed with silly wheels and stretched tyres.
-
ive been using the k&n ones i like that they have the nut on the end of them so you just put a spanner on them and they come off nice and easy. im sure they do a decent job too.
-
Give me a shout when you do, we can have a little starlet meet LOL. I've just got 2 195/50/15 toyo t1r for 36 quid each from cam skill can't go wrong with that!
-
my trd short shifter bolted straight in no messing about. panhard is going to be different as the back end is a completely different setup.
-
a fello cumbrian! hey hey, im from workington. i dont like gates as they just employ foreigners and pay the guys shit and treat them the same. and ive had some bad experiences there. cheapest for tyres is normally cam skill in whitehaven which would be a track for you just for tires but they do delivery then get them fitted where ever you like. what tires are you fancying?

phantom grip lsd solution for the 4paws

These sound good but for front and rear its going to cost a bomb. Will they make them even if only a couple of people are going to buy them? -
A thing to note is that most stock ct9s have a cracked wastegate and are way past their best by now. So do you spend hundreds on a hybrid or get a tdo4 setup. The CT9 option just doesn't make sense to me. Heard if so many of them breaking stock and hybrids.

nice one enzo. whats the name of the company? what type of diffs would they be? -
theres no point fitting a td04l unless your going to run 1bar or more. all this .6/.8 bar on stock ecu ect is a waste of time. get the boost turned up and mapped on something decent.
-
td04's are not laggy where do people get this from?? i used to run an evo td05h 16g that had a bit of lag but you just get used to it. it was pretty savage when it came on boost though!
