  1. what 60 foot did it get its rapid off the line!!
  2. It will be controlled by the ecu but it will still need a solenoid to operate it.
  3. hahaa nice work mate!! that didnt take long! td04l is great fun!
  4. 22215-11110 is the number i think, double check at the dealer. should only be a few quid
  5. so easy to fit and use i must have fitted 4 or 5 of the blitz ones. the id ones have a much better menu system than the other ones. remember to select wether you have and external waste gate or actuator on the menu.
  6. well not much of an update as i need to get hold of a connector for a ep3 tps sensor before much more can be done. heres my inlet i will be using its the duel runner acis one with an adapter plate made up to fit a 62mm civic type r throttle body
  7. Couldn't be easier to setup, I'm sure if you google them the manual will come up as one of the searches. I found when on the dyno running it in the manual mode instead of auto brought the boost in sooner.
  8. ahh cool i haven't checked that out. my car is running on the dta now im not sure if all the wiring is finished but its coming on now.
  9. ahhh cool i lived in ravenglass and muncaster for about 10 years when i was a kid. i dont really get down that way these days though. my mate peter is from holmroock though hes got a white glanza too. yeah give me a pm if ya fancy a little meet up, i should have my starlet back from jdm in a week or so hopefully.
  10. Welcome along! nice to see a fellow cumbrian on here. There's very few starlets up this way. If your ever up workington way give me a pm.
  11. fte's dont really go in these it would be loads of work as no rwd box bolts on, then the dizzy would need relocated or convert to coil packs, water pipes fabricated ect not really worth it.
  12. thats a bargain. these cars are hard to find in road going form normally there grass trackers or stock cars. converting to manual isnt a problem.
  13. nothings a bargain on RHD Japan
  14. has the engine been replaced with a glanza one do you know? it normally seems to be the glanzas that the stud snaps off taking the corner off the port with it.
  15. Do you need any special adapters or anything to fit the bov on there's? I might put one on my mums and see if she notices.
  16. ahh crap bad luck that mate. atleast it gives you something to sort out over winter!
  17. i didnt do anything on mine and theres nothing wrong with my oil pressure i must have done over 3k miles on the 5e now if not more.
  18. ahh when you said you had an afr controller i thought you ment some sort of piggy back to trim the fuel but im guessing you just mean a wideband. i dont think theres much point in fitting without getting it mapped on something and setup correctly.
  19. it will be better with some proper management fitted. have you had it tuned on the dyno yet, if you have a graph post it up. i havent fitted my acis mani yet. the car is booked in for lots of work in a couple of weeks for a standalone ecu ect thats when the it will be going on and getting mapped and the acis setup.
  20. my mums got one of these a 99 jdm vvti tt model with the front spoiler ect. hers is stock except for a kakimoto cat back and a hks panel filter and blitz boost gauge and im sure it runs .9 bar which i thought was stock boost? you can tell when the second turbo comes in, pulls nice! lovely cars these, got to get a decent exhaust on them!
  21. I don't think there will be much point in fitting one unless you have some decent management to get a good tune with it. What turbo are you running? I got my acis inlet as I'm running a forged 5e with a vf35 and I thought the bigger plenum would be better for me with running a bigger turbo. I'm also putting a bigger throttle body on it and variable tps.
  22. theres a few ways to go about it. like the rpm activated switch with a vacuume tank a one way valve and solenoid. or instead of the rpm switch im sure an emanage ultimate could be setup to activate it, or any standalone could control it.
  23. send jerrick a link to this thread ans see wat he says about it. he should know whats going on.
  24. the shock travel length will remain the same on the meisters but going lower will change the angle of the bottom arm slightly wont it, which might effect how the car rides?
