  1. im no expert at welding but i do have a little experiance, and this is only from the picture you have posted so may just be how it shows on the pic the welds look "neat" but doesnt apear to be any penetration so may not hold in the event of a crash, ide has a competant welder check them out. Mani Porting Looks A Treat
  2. yes it will be fine allthough alot will say it would not, i ran 14psi with suporting mods on a "ported" mani for the best part of 10 month with no problems, and only changed due to upgrading to td04
  3. yeah best getting on from a proper fab company such as ricky as previously stated
  4. pm him, what you got too loose, does a fair few bits, mostly turbo kits but loads of suspention bits awsell etc
  5. Ricky at race-tech does alot of bits for hondas even a trader on civic life, ksport dealer too should see tie bars etc he makes they look a treat nice car aswell, slam it on some coilies with all control arms etc
  6. i managed to put my emanage kit together for less then £250 by sourcing in the right places, then if you can fit it yourself (piece of piss) its just mapping so could have it done properly for less then 400 and not risk cracking pistons etc plus get miles better power and nicer to drive
  7. whats point of installments lol pay lot in one go
  8. when paperwork come through tripple check it that sounds waaaaaaaay to cheap
  9. I did Craigs brakes for him and i can defo say the calipers SR-Vspec wer differant in both apearance and function, the sliders on the SR calipers would not slide out as far and they were physically smaller by a small amount

black friday wtf is that, now mad friday thats where its at unfortunatly im out tomorow and cant afford both at xmas time lol
  14. its not too technical tbh, just trim and spec sizes, cam durations, and spool and turbo graphs or talking about them anyway not technical once youve read into them abit previously
  15. cant set it lower then it is, can only set it higher then standard
  16. mate of mines bird, shes not on here
  17. jay that pic would be awsome if you couldnt see the floor through the front bumper and it was the front of the engine in that gap haha
  18. N/A, The most expensive way to go slow
  19. and thats when "I JIZZED IN MY PANTS" awsome that is
  20. car doesnt have to be as prepared as most say for trackwork allthough it is prefered, this season i did 12 track sessions (15-25mins depending on venue) i have standard brakes apart from uprated pads doing 1.2 bar on a td04 setup and standard suspension apart from tein springs and i have as much fun as anybody else out there however like everyone else has said SAFETY 1ST so fire extiguisher minimum, i have standard seats and standard 3 point shoulder belt no matter how modified or prepared your car is work up to your limit and dont go out there trying to find your limit on lap 2
  21. that is exactly what i was going to do with mine slipstreams, carbon bonnet etc but i was going to have mirrors and roof done in carbon you beat me to it lol looks awsome allthough 10mm lower on back wouldnt go amiss engine plans ??
  22. No cost them 11k to make back in 2006 and they made it in the directors home, they played it at a scarefest type thing and it was a hit so decided to release it everyone is still here and they were all found in open casting
  23. not as real as they make out but i wont give it away it will make it less scary
  24. its scary as shit our lass truly couldnt sleep the job lot untill she did some research into it
  25. corsa vxrs are diff though its a corsa D which is begger and heavyer, and its only the 1.6 turbo 165bhp if i remember rightly so heavyer and less powerfull mate of mine had a c20let in a corsa C and it ran a 13 flat on pod on road tyres corsa vxrs are good for a new hot hatch to be honest a remember having a play with one on donnington for donnyshow i was ct9 at 0.6bar at the time (few mods like cooler exhaust etc) i caught up with him got passed him after 1/4 lap or so then pulled away quite quickly, still not bad for a 2009 hot hatch
