    EMB will be fine for that dude, im currently running 1.4bar on a TD04 on stock internals and injectors, and im only on EMB. Ide like EMU however bank says no at the moment so EMB will have to do Mine was mapped by Ricky from Race-tech on here and has been at 1.2 at over a year on this and 1.4 for last 2 month.

    just bare in mind the non adjustable one is set to roughly the middle option on the adjustable one. So with the adjustable one you can have it harder or softer even if your not going to adjust it. Allthough im not sure if the differance would be noticable in real world conditions.

    No argument, if funds are avaliable to do so then by all meens i agree completely. Its just one of those things i havnt personally got round to changing so im fully aware stock pump will do lol. Same as injectors stock injectors taking 1.4 bar with more to go but it felt fast so didnt want to map any higher and risk breaking stock internalls lol.

    See what you meen however ...... i was just pointing out it doesnt necisarily NEED replacing, wouldnt hurt to replace it, allthough wouldnt hurt to leave it either.

    The TD pumps are based on the walbro 225 which are rated to like 450-500bhp correct me if im wrong ? Ive got a stock pump running on a td04 setup at 1.4 bar and its been fine (so far) so i very much doubt you need to replace it in all honesty.

    Find local businesses that do mail order stuff, i use my mates shop for anything as he does mail order gardening equipment and can post anything up to 200*100*100cm and up to 25kg for £7

    Why do you specify mild ? it will rust after a while unless you pay for expensive coatings or paint it every other week. it is weaker and end up costing more in the long run. And for a little more then your budjet there you could get a nice stainless one. I know it wasnt what you asked but thought ide put my 2p in .

    if i was you ide throw in a stock engine 1st and once you know its a good one and all teething problems are out of the way then start spending money on making it quicker. the step up from 70-130 hp will be enough to keep your power urge at bay for a short while anyway
