Also in addition to my previous PM... Abit of feedback... Hardware - had my td04 mani for over a year, its hadalot of hard work including lots of 1/4 mile days and trackday sand not had a problem with the turbo kit. skill - mapped my car to 1.4/1.5 bar on the td04 with stock internalls, injectors and fuel pump and was run like this daily without a problem. service - allways only a phone call away and not had any problems. Welding is something ive allways wanted to do and allthough i did learn myself to arc a while ago its been a while since i picked up a stick so im starting from scratch haha. Im with the above remark though ide go with Mig if i was you, ive done some mig and its fairly easy to pick up but be prepared to waste alot of metal, filler and gas before having acceptabel welds haha. Ive finally got some money together and bought myself a 160amp AC/DV Tig welder aswell Currently boxed up in my room awaiting finding some gas, ordering my foot pedal and sitting down to waste so scrap haha Good luck and keep us updated.

If your interested im soon to have a td04 turbo kit for sale and its one of rickys (race-tech) its not like and other he has made and completely unique and has been running 250-270bhp on stock internals, injectors and fuel pump for a while. PM if your interested

You could max that turbo out to be honest Stock internals. They will take everything hybrids have to throw at them, just make sure you have fueling checked as as good as JAM ECUs are there only preprogrammed and will not self learn as much as alot do think. PErsonally i dont trust them however alot do without any problems
