    I know its old but update so ots acurate for searched info. Is no 90° turn just three equal stages upto 60ft/lb. if you want to be mega anal then recheck tourque afyer 10 heat cycles. i.e warm up-cool down is 1 cycle.

Been running my forged lump for 5years done over 10k miles. never used a "race spec cover" just a breather on top. last time i had the engine apart for upgrades it was as mint as the day i got her. tollerences are all spot on. no undue stress apears to of happened. but as ricky said maybe it depwnds on spec and build??

WEPR all tge way tbh. been in the starlet scene for donkeys, proven and tested and no where near as expensive as other kits. come with lifetime garentee too. what more could you want dude. also td05's have sevral models in the range. is realy starting to bug me with how many people on this forum say they flow 300 at a push. have you seen the bigger td05's they are fuckin huge!! Just get a gt series mani kit from wepr then you have loads of scope for turbos dude. as for price/quality wepr are very much affordable and quality is second to NONE!!!! Cant be arsed to correct all the mistakes. im o
  8. Just to reinforce though. there is a definate jump on oem tollerence between inlet and exhuast. so whatever you do dont make em all the same lol.
  9. Think inlet is 15-25mm and exhuast is 30-40mm or some think like that so one or two are out. thats probs where you issue is bud. overall not badd but a few there that are gonna mess with valve clearence. get em swapped out as even if the tapping dont go the performance will improve ;)

    MR2 calipers

    Different carrier on the mr2 caliper. you will need to get the celica or levin carrier to make em fit. I can 100% tell you that as me and grant have an abundance of toyota calipers ;)
  11. Id just used to use a cap paddle on my hybrid ct9 setups. nice clutch and not overly harsh tbh. Was softer than the exeedy paddle and lasted 100,0000,000000,00000000 times longer than my exeedy paddle did!!

I bought an ebay style one on my old v. its shit tbh. i only ended up using the relocator part as the cooler was just far to big even though it was suposed to be a small kit. and all the relocator part ever did was fookin leak buy cheap buy twice. would also never ever run a kit without a thermostat.
  13. Oh also easy fix. raise the car back up to oem hieght lol

Take off the wheel and try to beat the lip round on its self. be carful though as you will split the paint if you hit it too hard. it maybe worth heating the area first to help make the paint more plyable. failing that use a different ofset alloy or the spare ect as it wont push out as far as your current alloy.

  19. As title realy. i need a spare dash mount kit that comes in the box with most of their guages. as i want my wideband on the dash in the same style holder
  20. If the fueling is ok at the top of the spike then its fine. wether or not the turbo is efficiant doesnt matter tbh. all that matters is fueling as its that wich will lead to blowing the engine. if fueling is suficiant then run whatever boost you like via a spike or otherwise.

  22. Yes 99% of recaros use the same mounting points. I've had both zep and recaro rails in my old v. Both had handles under the seat. when you look at rhd alot of images are just of one type they arnt model specific pictures. so what you see isnt always what you get. zep wouldnt sell many rails if the handel fouled the interior would they? Lol
  23. A lad called alex used to own the ex tmd demo car was pompey based but he is out the starlet world now few others i know that way are still in build mode so not fit to drive to fest atm been a shit winter and seems to have slowed alot of builds down tbh
