Thing is if no scotish boys come then we are all driving miles up country for no reason lol. not trying to be awkward just saying its a long way from a large number of members. you will get more interest if its not as far. Think we need an interested list with name and location first befor a track is named imo as you have an idea where people are based. 500mile round trip in fuel + fuel on track + track day purchase means some of us our looking at closer to 300 for a 100 opl day.

Mallory, bruntingthorpe or donnington would be a fairer distace for the welsh southern and london lads tbh.

Im 100% in on any trackday WHEN the car is running lol wich its still not atm. also the only issue for blyton is london and southern based lads are miles and miles away where as a large majority of the club live in the midlands so its a few hours for them amd like 4-6 for us is a hell of a long ass tow home if a southern lad brakes the car on track.

Keevil is 109 for a random turn up day but dont know how much to rent the whole track for a day. its around the same distance south as combe though.

Im after a 5 door ep not fussed on ep80/91 as its for my sister. she would probably like a 91 but either will do. NO auto's please. milage lower the better and if its not mot'd and taxed im not interested. i have her budget and its fair for the right car in the right condition. ill travel anywhere in england wales or scotland for a good one but be warned I've been into starlets for near 10years so please dont waste my time with doggy examples. They did do a 4wd variant of the carat but i certianly wouldnt by a rare 4wd car that doesnt show a single pic of the drive train as its more likly to be fwd than 4wd anyhow.

The boxed parts should fetch good money tbh as is very very rare to find boxed tom's goods.

Its luck of the draw with any second hand car tbh, my ep85 has low milage and the engine blew the bottom end on the stock 4e within a month or so of buying it. Will get there after all the bugs are worked out of it ;)

I have a feeling what is coming as i know what id do to get more power is a beast atm gonna be savage after a few mods/tweaks

Sky are the dogs bollocks of insurance for starlets. spent 5 years with them on my last v and then got my ep85 and wasnt so impressed by the quote so left and went to adrian flux who then decided the "quote" wasnt valied and requoted only to end up more than sky. the min it runs out ill be back on the phone to sky. great service, exellent understanding of the cars/mods and best prices by a few 100 I've found. welcome to ukso ollie, good see you here at last ;)
