Understand that bit, but was trying to picture the way he has it just now. From what i can figure out.. The PCV is setup as normal? And he has a line from the cam cover to the can? And a filter on the other port on the can? Mine is the usual as such, both ports to the can, and one line going under the car facing towards the rear(acts as a vacume ) See here,

Have you a clearer description? I cant make head nor tail of the above.

Emanage Blue or Ultimate = signal fudger to the standard ECU Haltech is a stand alone ECU, you tell it what you want and almost anything can be changed. Check out there websites, will give you all the info you need.

No wonder it revs to the limiter at 9100 rpm.......... Standing 1/4 in 13.1 aswell. And yes it sounds the dugs baws.

Just for discs, hefty price, but for good brakes its worth it. Ill be looking into somewhere else for discs, as they must be a standard size. Ill see what i can dig up when i need them again, probably soon enough.. Pad options i run the DS2500 for the dynalite calliper, modifiied to suit for the Midlite calliper (what we have) easy modification. I did run the Mintex 1144 but after my second set i wasnt so impressed for some reason. There is also the EBC range available aswell, but never used them. Rory

If you have the datalogit software then you will have it.. You can down load a free version from here, http://www.fc-datalogit.co.nz/datalogit.html But you will need the cable and box for the PFC to comunicate with the computer. Im sure you can reset the unit back to the base map anyway?

Do you not think if they could be re-grooved, 3G would have made them deeper from the factory... ? My opinion, get new ones, because at the end of the day, thats what stops you. (£250 from Dave at TM) and yes im on my 2nd set

More fuel in the high revs??? I very much doubt that with the boost presures your running. If anything it will be over fuelling into the 10's AFR (usual on STD setup) Get a wideband on it and see how its running 1st before spending money on something that isnt needed. ALSO remember that the CT9 wont give much above 6k rpm, theres no power there or torque!!

You have silicon on the NPT fittings on the inlet manifold??? You pikey get some PTFE tape on them! Ah i didnt realise you wer running stock injector locations etc. Well done on the conversion though, doing something diffirent is always more rewarding. -

Can the throttle bodies be used as down draught? Possible fueling issue though, how does the plug look from that cylinder? -
How To Remove The Limit On Your Speed?
rorenapier replied to Rossi ep91's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
Add a mechanical converter and it will read in MPH and the cut will then be 180mph. -
Whiteline what? If you put coilovers on the car then an adjustable panhard rod IS needed.

Are you for real? Show me a TD12 turbo pushing 1.4bar for over a year? Show me a K24 that out performs a TD04. K26 for numbers only, but to say its a better turbo, i disagree. As for the TD04 being shit, clearly you dont know much about things.

Pikey botch job..... Or the proper way..... I know which one id rather use.

He does realise a "catch" can is to catch and keep it in, rather than empty the contents onto the inlet mani?

Whos car has the most pointless catch can? Lucozade bottle on its side on the strut bar....

Decatting An N/a On Standard Exhaust?
rorenapier replied to The Toffinator's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Properly designed silencers do not restrict power. @ japluva - From what you are saying , putting a 3" bore system with no restrictions and you would gain power? Dont think so buddy As for going fo an uprated system, 2" would be big enough on a 4efe, any bigger and i would think you will lose power and torque -
How do the plugs look?

The ABS light has to come on with the ignition and off when the car starts to pass an MOT. Why is your ABS light on?
-
It will tap due to the ring gap size and piston to bore clearnace. The bigger the ring gap the more the slap, same with piston to bore clearance, until the piston expands with the heat.

Wullie and Graeme do the skidding, i prefer the grip lol
