  1. So far I have changed some gaskets. I changed the water pump, the belts and timing belt. Brand new sparks. I change the oil filter and fuel filter. I also changed the thermostat. I need some help because I am about to swap the loom. Which method do you suggest? I have the Glanza engine bay loom to be compared ro the Corolla. I started with a tester to find the wires from each connector to the main connector that goes to the cabin. I need to do this because they are different. This means that I will have to change the pins in the four connectors that goes from the Starlet loom into the cabin
  2. Thank you for offering me this solution ! Give me a few days so I can get the 4EFE out of the Corolla. I will check the two pumps. I have a friend who can swap the connections and this means I can keep the original pump and connect them to the Corolla pipes. If this will not work then yes I will be happy to use your bracket. I will update you soon.
  3. Is this this a metric thread? If so, is it a 1,50 mm? @Claymore @Sam44 Ahat’s the internal size of the steering oil pipes? Thanks!
  4. Thank you very much. I completely agree In keeping the 4EFE pump. I already contacted a hydraulic shop. He said he should be able to swap the connectors and crimp them. The guy just told me about MECHLAB. could you please check out their website and tell me which adapter it’s good to keep the Corolla hose and screw it in the FTE pump?? This is my Plan B in case I cannot modify the Corolla pump on the FTE engine. I still don’t know how much work will have to be done to adapt the pump.
  5. After hours of research here is my gift to the community! Starlet Glanza V ep91 repair manual with electrical wiring diagrams https://www.autorepguide.com/showthread.php/1035-Toyota-Starlet-(1989-1999)-repair-manual-download
  6. I finally found it! The Corolla manual that costs $50 and the Russian version for the Starlet Glanza ep91 workshop manual with all the electrical witing diagrams and connectors with pin description. my friends house Russian and this makes it easier to read it while figuring out the two sides of the loom 😂
  7. Hi. Do you have the electrical wiring diagrams for the Starlet Glanza ep91?
  8. Can you find a link? I cannot find it anywhere? My Corolla is the EE110
  9. @Sam44@Claymore@RoyalDutchie Hi guys. Do you think you can help me find a connector map with pin description like the one linked above for the COROLLA E11 4efe 1.3? I need to match the 4efte ep91 glanza engine bay loom from with the cabin bay fuse box Corolla E11 females panel. I found one for the ECU but it’s not enough. hope you can help
  10. How much Dexron II oil should I buy for the steering pump?
  11. My concern is that the 4 glanza fuse box loom connectors that get into the cabin match the Corolla connectors. I have the ep82 connector siagram with pics and more, I don’t have it for the Corolla. EP82 connectors loom diagram http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/wiki/EP82wiring/EP82 Starlet Wiring and Connectors.pdf Corolla E11 4efe workshop http://toyota.aitnet.org/Toyota/Corolla/Corolla_E11_Haynes_Workshop_Manual.pdf I need to be sure the pins and wires are matching. Any Corolla fuse box engine bay and cabin loom diagram with connectors pictures?
  12. Thank you. If you could find the fuse blox connectors loose map with the connectors photos it would be amazing. It’s the 1.3 4efe 1998 Corolla E11. I cannot find it anywhere. Of course only the diagrams and fuse and reley list.
  13. @RoyalDutchieYpu confirm that the 90105-10138 is a set of 6?
  14. @RoyalDutchie@Sam44 do you guys have flywhell bolts measures? an example in the picture. This way I can ask the guy I know here to avoid shipment expenses from Japan. Thanks!
  15. Yes because the problem is that I didn’t tear apart the Corolla that I use every day. I am trying to be sure that wiring and mechanic steps are at point. The air conditioning is less than an issue because I think that I can swap them but the steering pump is important. Remember when we spoke about keeping the Corolla pump but needing to make a metal plate for the higher end bolt distance? That is something that I wanted to avoid and this is why I tried to keep the Corolla pipes and go in the FTE pump. Is there anyway to use connector adapters for the pipes. The high-pressure pipe needs a co
  16. I will not use it. My guy is going to make a custom and I will use my Corolla cat.
  17. Here’s my major concern. I have the 1998 4EFE Corolla on one side and I have th 4efte ep91 automatic on the other. Both with air conditioning the Starlet with ABS. The Corolla E11 not. I have the uncut inside loom and the uncut fuse box engine bay loom and of course the ECU with loom from the Starlet. I have spoken to a lot of people and have read tons of threads of people who did it this way or that way. All I want is to know the fastest way to do it without keeping the car sitting there too long. Besides a few issues with the engine mechanics that are the steering pump connections to keep th
  18. I found it second hand for €128 (included shipment) but you’re telling me it has to be resurfaced? I would ise it with the new 212 mm clutch I have here. Do you mean it wouldn’t work well? I can spend €240 buying new OEM from Japan and it’ll include the bolts. I’ll buy it new if used won’t work. @Sam44let me know what you think. If I’ll buy it new I will return the 212 mm Blue Print clutch I bought in Milan.
  19. The first idea was to keep the Corolla steering pump and try that mechanic adaption with a metal plate with a bolt welded. I asked for a drawing with measures or photo photo with measures to replicate it but my mechanic doesn’t feel safe with that. I need to use the car so I’m not gonna start to swap until I am sure that these main elements will work. So I thought about the pipes and to keep the 4EFTE steering pump. But the pumps are different and I don’t know how to adapt the Corolla pipe in the Starlet pump. Do you have an example of adapter I can buy for the high pressure insert?
  20. Thank you. Can you find me a flywheel and ship it to Milan? I only found one from a British shop and it’s insane insane price. Only bolts or like €50. The flywheel €200 and I don’t know why their shipment is 100 euros. I hope that someone can help me to buy bolts and 4efte flywheel.
  21. I was thinking about this and as I am using my 4EFE manual Gearbox I suppose that the balls for the fly wheel will be longer so there shouldn’t be a problem because I will get rid of the automatic flywheel. I attached the bolt option for the 4efte. I guess that I have the 1998. My Corolla for EFE is a 1998. Let me know what you think. Thank you. The second diagram with OEM is from my Corolla I don’t know which bolt is in my manual fly wheel and if it’s going to be compatible with the 4EFTE Starle ep91 which one is on? It will matter if I use my 4EFE manual gearbox bolts?
  22. What’ s the OEM of the manual gearbox bolts for the flywheel? I need to be sure the bolts are going to be long enough when I put the 212 mm clutch on the 4efe flywheel in the 4efte. Thanks
  23. Thank you. I need to be sure 4efe flywheel will fil the 4efte and the 212 mm clutch I bought for the 4efte.
