on my defi's they are this way round Defi's 2. ignition live/ switch 12v when ignition is turned on ORANGE 2. ground - BlLACK 2. 12v battery feed- constant RED 2. illumination - take an wire that comes on when you turn on your sidelights WHITE CARSIDE you can take the ignition live and constant live from you stereo, live is normally yellow and switched is red ground well thats any point you can earth the cable too or use an existing earth wire, if your desperate use the stereo one sidelight feed is green i think coming from the side light stalk useful diagram:

Chances are yes you need a new gasket, get the mating surfaces clean as possible, ensure the head is torque to the correct settings

Yeah it could be the fact that the gauge isnt as good as the EBC. fuel cut is also different car dependant could give minor room for error Yes ive heard good reviews! any good brand will be fine defi,hks,apexi, blitz, greddy, stiri. ive seen the cheap prosport and autogauges give poor readings. Once you have a good gauge in id go off that and aslong as the gauge is holding the pressure you want then the EBC will be setuup correctly

what boost gauge are you running? the gauage might not be that accurate and the drop off maybe negligable just because the controller says 1bar/1.2 doesnt mean it will be as all cars are different

bottom port goes to tubby, right port goes to bottom of wastegate with a vaccum T (vaccum that see's boost and vaccum) and left goes to top of wastegate<<<< how you have it looks right just not sure where your vaccum goes as its hard to see Have you sewt the click switches on the back according to your setup? they are in the link i posted
