  1. Turbine wheel got some weird marks Piston seal clip broken Allready got an oil return flange. Need to buy Oil feed line. Going to weld a pipe 13mm on the oil pan Some magnecore leads Mazda O2 sensor cleaned with an bang. Some explosion in the exhaust header caused my sensor to be cleaned. ( this happend because bad spark plugs ) My gearlever broke down ( autostyle short shifter ), had to go to the wreckersyard to get oem. Made a antitheft bracket for my Galaxy tab My exhaust slammed a few times against the trailer arms so going to check it. One shock was leaking. It had no function anymore. New ones. Want to have the springs and shocks to be oem. With the new ones it feels like new again rock solid Also the Spring cap's handled. There were extremly rusted :S threated with fertan Then thick layer of stone chips. Sprayd black and layer vernis Had some brake noise on the left side on the vehicle. I'd like to know why so This has a no go We have lent it out to someone who was working on his car that weight over the 3000 kilo's. The jack only goes to 2/ 1/2 ton Did fixed the elektric a day before. This will work tooo The piston pen in the caliper get stuck. Had to smash it real hard to get it out. The dustcover / rubber had a little hole in it. Lucky to have spares Cleaned the hole were the piston pen goes thru. Then used a old dustcover rubber that i had as a spare. Without an hole in it. add some new special grease ate New Cold air intake, ala PVC, my temperature probe that's in the intake manifold doesn't lie. PVC is beter for cold air, than the use of aluminium. Think of a slide made out of steel or plastic. and think that its 34 degree celcius outside. hihi.. wich one do you prefer. I've seen temperatures on my gauge that shows 35 to 50 degree celcius on a hot day. heat soak!!!! my aluminium went darn hot :S Adding an heat shield. cutting out the alu. Bend it a little 4mm As you can see the exhaust manifold is also wrapped with thermotec grapphite + heat shield gives good results. outside it's 12 degree celcius. My probe in the intake manifold measuring 15 degree celcius on the inside gauge in the car. Only tested this yet in the city. Haven't been outside or freeway yet. Also repainted the airbox. Yet to do Oil return and Feed. Good used shaft turbine for the T3 Backplate T3 Oversized Piston sealring. Internal or external wastegate.
  2. Jeej almost done. laptop batterie emty lol all gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! here we go again. Ready to run, Had to get some parts at the scrapyard. And saw this, Looool Paste A microswitch to the intake housing. And welded a little ball to it so it can activate the switch. This is for my 3 way piggyback system.. Econemy mode. Race mode, And with NOS function. Had some MOT/APK failure duo to high emission 5% is a little bit high it has to be 1 % Problem was 2 leaking injectors. So the oem 155CC are fitted instead of the 172CC New waterinjector nozzle bought. BETE PJ10 Finest with less then 50 Microns. Got some Tee pieces for NOS bottle heater. 2 6mm hoses will go into the car en winded with copper arround the bottle. And temperature controllers for the water injection. Fitted new tyres @t my brothers garage. Can do alot here Toyo proxis CF1 185 65 14. a little bit high, but comfor is also nice. Old yokohama's A series 185 50 14 went to the front of the car. Hose for the bottle heater. And T3 Turbo AR 42, needs rebuild. Anybody got some parts left over ?????????????? Housing looks good, maby some polishing ? Turbine housing also looks good. ( only wastegate is missing outlet exhaust side ) external ? Turbine side little busted Turbo had piston ring problems. Some idiot tried to get it loose with the wrong tool. Backplate scrap Bearing house is E okay Bought the turbo for 8 quid, lol More will come. hope my laptop stays on.
  3. Going to upload more pictures tomorrow!!!!!!!
  4. Great project very nice manifolds... can make a lot of ideas for later, with this thread. Im also chasing after an 4agte. If i can blow my 2E-E engine with an TD04.
  5. Well time for an update. And thanks for the response Water injector nozzle. Hot rust spot. Removed all the rust and coated it, then add a new clip for the window frame. Door cardridge complete I needed to fix the chrome in my headlight and added an led strip into it. The cornerlights glow and also blink for direction. As my previous experiance was that the rubber seal from the central door locking motor easily breaks. Then it's able for water to get between it and malfunction the motor and unlocking. Also with cold weather it freezes. So fixed this. Want to keep my door panels in good order, if they get wet they mold, . plastic bag was too much work. As this is easier. Wiper and stuff Kill switch. to activate another batterie. Because all key locking has been removed. If the primairy batterie fails during winter or something else, i can activate the secondary batterie. Some wiring. With easy terminals There is coming another fire extinguisher on the other side, And first aid kit. Car Going change the plates to another location. It's really ugly yellow plates. Still need tint the rear window.
  6. You really go for it again nice
  7. looks repainted alot of engine''s that fill fit!
  8. Im looking for an map sensor from an 4efte. It's for my project!
  9. Nice, Whiteline 22mm or 24mm ?
  10. Thanks you all for the replys. The car needs a colour, 1 window needs film, 2 other seats, they are granma hight and looking for an turbo right know. Want to archive 200HP out of a stock 2E-E engine. Waterinjection will help me to get rid of detonation and heat!. Don't wanna try NOS then when the turbo is mounted hihi. What i remember is, that my engine is still alive after nos. +- 35hp gain. So im mounting an turbo to get always 35hp gain. The engine can be blown but i don't care for that. Ending up with an hole in the piston, or broken crank, rods, The pistons won't melt i hope. Engine had only +- 60.000 miles so it's fresh i quess any of you have a 4efte map sensor laying arround ?? And or an budget turbo ?
  11. Nice stuff & updates. I love the flywheel, how much does it weight ?
  12. Nice wheels indeed. Also magnificent manifold! Progressive boost on its way What innerdiameter do you use for the manifold ? Looks like 40/45mm
  13. Feels good huh, getting one side done You know when your done, the car is rust free. And indeed your right 0.75mm thick bodywork aint enough to hold the cage!
  14. Nice brake setup. Do you have the 25mm disc or thicker ones ? Almost same as mine. Got the celica T165 GT 4wd/camry v6 calipers And toyota prius drilled discs. What brake master cylinder are you going to use ?
  15. Can't see it, car is to far away I know you got the right size rim, otherwise your tire will hit the car. right ?
  16. Darn what a very nice color that rear strut. Purple Try pearl blasting. better than sand blasting. Keramic coatings on the manifold ? Or spraycan ?
  17. It aint the cage, it's the way of mounting the cage into the car. I got wiechers alu bolt in cage, and fixed the cage on 5mm steel plates welded on top of the hollow beam and trust me its strong enough. I own a p7 and i know rust sux Nice rims
  18. Very nice updates.... How about the engine ? are you allready working on it ? What i know about the valve clearance u'd say. I also run an TRD 0.6 Gasket and TRD 280 cam, valve lift 11 running 2E-E A-group engine. And i've got 1.5mm space between the valve and piston that's absoluut the minimum. Going closer on this will result in burned up valve. Keep that in mind.
  19. Very nice glanza Sure looks diffrent in height now ud mention it
  20. Looks very nice those rims. Love black white combo
  21. Nah carpet is much more cosier. Otherwise you'll be knowing your in an can! or steel bucket on wheels
  22. Back again, had some weird problems getting on the forum. Do not know why! kinda strange. Tried it with IE and Chrome and firefox but non worked. Thanks for the reply's Tailgate in the primer New carpet more primer Playing with pipes. Yeej got an 4efte flywheel from somebody here @ forum. Thanks! ( rare here in NL ) As my other flywheel was 4.7 kilo machined down.Ii left this one at stock weight. Duo to the loss of RPM As i shift the car, it came under its powerband. Instead of making the car more revvier&faster it became out slower lol. So it had only disadvantages. As it was extremly nervous. 212mm flywheel mounted & TRD clutch and TRD pressure plate as the oem clutch was only burning up Flex exhaust piece ( reinforced ) Having some trouble fitting the 2E-E engine duo to a fail engine bracket. Its not straight. Solved the problem by receiving another engine bracket the one in the tunnel. And for the offset a cast one off an 1E engine. for the timingbelt side. Some new oil that loves high RPM The hotter the oil, the easier to shift. Welding the flex ss piece between the pipes Making my own silencer again from SS, drilling more then 400 holes. Kinda idiot Welding an AEM uego bung/nut onto the exhaust pipe. Some thermotec wrapping Look at the holes pffff darn that did take some time All SS so last forever i asume. Complete exhaust with T piece mounted. For exhaust gas valve Exhaust onder the car, There is a steel simons silencer added & Volkswagen Golf 3 end silencer fitted. Normally there aint space for a regular silencer i created some space for this. Banging with an hamer Vacuum controlled exhaust valve, At wide open intake throttle the exhaust valve is also wide open. And the exhaust gasses makes a shortcut. Is controllable the hose that's controlles the actuator can be set on/off with a ball valve. Exhaust tip. 1/8npt into mocal oil sandwichplate Some extraordinary oil coolingdevice with special clamps Home made display holder. Display's measure Oil en water temp digital. New spark plugs from japan. BPR 7EY 2 degree colder, and adjusted the gap from 0.8 to 0.4. ( engine runs much better especially at low RPM, respons is quicker! ) Custom underbrace. ( lowerarm bar) Weld it when it was under the car with an 360degree disc so both sides got the same degree. Custom top brace. Wiper arms were very ugly and rusted. Cleaned them, spray into 2 layers anti-roest, and then 6 layers of sprayputty then 3 layers matt black Fixed the headlights, duo to damaged chrom layer, MOT = wrong light reflection. New layer + some extra wool on my door and rear panels Other color for the turn signal in the bumper Car in the primer Coated the thingy with sky leather. Coated the other thingy into matt Modified the grill Plug and play, had 3 bags. total 15 male and 15 female. Used them almost all. Elektric window plugs Sky leather on the door Switch out of UK mounted into the thingy Coated the bottom with this kit pistol on air Door panel lights Some party leds Mounted the brace for the oil catch can. Extra leds Fan was going to die, weird noises! Had an renault twingo fan laying arround. Golf 3 wing cut in 2 pieces for fitting on my starlet Made a new brace for my battery Winding copper Fitting the copper into this pipe, Coolermaster aero 7 of my old computer. This one blows very hard, and cools the water running thru it. For my water injection More to come!
