  1. Not the hardware. The ecu itself. Most people say that haltech is`a little more reliable than the microtech. I also need such an ecu. So do you have good experience on using the haltec ecu ?

  3. Both cars looks really mint. But blacktop turbo ? Most folks will avoid it because most say they can't handle real boost levels. Are the internals on the blacktop oem ? That TD06 20g is a little bit bigger than the turbo you have on your p7 starlet haha. Is it an Evo turbo ?
  4. SOOOOOOOOOOO Stunning!!! Thought this one out 2 years ago, because "nobody had a 2zzgte fitted into a starlet yet" ( is what i thought ).... NOW! you do haha.... very sweet project. IM SOOOOO jealous haha. If you tune it well, the head will support up to 10.000 rpm at 1 bar pressure..... These heads from the 2zzge are also modified by Yamaha! an they love high RPM Be sure to threat the engine with love when cold. They are a bit weak when cold.
  5. Offcourse the 2e-telu. I have forgotten them. They were indeed with turbo.... Cool! 20 psi on a 2e-telu really stunning haha. lol 28psi sounds indeed very cool. But turbo pressure won't give you more power i asume. I wonder what it takes for my 2E-E to break. Still got 1 NOS jet laying arround. hihi Got some nice Rectangular photo's haha.   6. COOOOOL!!!! That manifold is very sweet!!!! Is that an 2E-E head only ? or complete engine ? as the oil relocate unit is from a 4efte right ? Is that engine recently build or few years ago ? I know there are only a few turbo plants on the 2E-E engine haven't seen much or heard much. Nobody thinks the 2E-E can also make real power... They have the same conrod as the 4EFTE. Only little issue is the piston. But with waterinjection the piston will be cool. and power can be archived. What power does that engine make ? Rectangular tube rocks haha...   7. Update!!! New timing belt as the oem belt was to old it was 8 years old with almost no real milage. Bad things could happen when it snaps . Irridium style. As the BPR 7EY where out of stock i think. Have to do allot of brainstorming to sort out the route as you can see the exhaust ports are too close to eachother. Will make some good NOS movies tomorrow. This time with 044. jet ( 75 BHP at the wheels ). The car is a bit fast Also need to emty the bottle because i need to get the car prepped for the dyno.   8. ohh my god!! lol i want to power the 60 trim super T4 with an 1.3 litre engine That's the same turbo i have laying arround haha. Well i hope 13 bar cylinder pressure and 280 degree camshaft can spool up the super T4...... Otherwise i have to sell it I know the turbo is good enough for 300 a 400 bhp. ( IF it spools )

  10. Heeey got same fuel pressure regulator. Kinda funny your car smels like fuel. I got the same problem. Also looked for any leaks but can't find one. I thought the problem is the pressure regulator. But not i asume ?

  12. Well i can't reach 400 bhp with my 2E-E engine. So i thought a supra pump will be good enough stock 320bhp. Did not wanted a walbro again after hearing the noise the first time. I believe some pumps are better at sucking where others are better on pushing/pressure/flowing. Is intake better than external pump ? driving arround with mp3 player perhaps What turbo did you use ? how big was it ?
  13. We need PICS hahaha Well if the 044 makes a lot of noise, it would be less then a walbro i asume ? I think the walbro is allready making too much noise for me, thats why i grabed a jdm jap spec supra fuel pump. Volume on the radio can also be turned up How much BHP does the 4agte have ?
  14. Changed the injectors and gained a lot off torque, i think my injectors were running out or poor injection vapor. Downpipe from 2.5 to 2 inch Copy the manifold on the scanner I will try regular steel this time. The other manifold was useless ugly and crappy
  15. Changed the backpressure. ( had an Vw golf 1800cc end muffler with 45mm entrance ) Now i've got an Volvo 740 end muffler with 55mm entrance. And change the diameter from 45mm to 50mm. from muffler in the middle to the back. The bass without endmuffler is too loud because of the cylinder pressure off 13 bar. Car needs more fuel now. With the previous exhaust system at full throttle wideband goes to 11.... Now it wont go further than 13. Got also more power.... time to change the injectors. When i am going to mount the turbo, it will have a 2.5 inch exhaust until the middle off the car.
  16. Yaris uses this clutch master system. ( Pretty good system ) 1 fluid can type for both. Also exchangeable as i was looking for an replacement on my leaky p7 clutch master. If you want to reinforce rubber mounts, try sikaflex polyurethane kit. ( marine use ) This is 1 i've tested, the stuff stay put and won't vibrate heavily. Where other brands may fail and be pushed out duo to pressure and loads. As for the valve P7 heat exchanger got a flap in the heater. Cold = cold air blowing, hot = hot air blowing.   17. Wanted to see how fast my car was able to go today. It stalled at 160 kmh Drove the car in 4th gear at 160kmh 6000 rpm. Shifted to the 5th but did not go faster very weird full throttle and did not do anything.. Aem wideband gives a 12.0 to 12.9 so i quess it's not the fueling. Im now thinking how important can a exhaust system be.? I think i have got too much backpressure or something like that.
  18. Did some valve adjustment. They were too loud for me tik tik tik tik Adjust them to 0.23mm ( warm ) Here you can see the TRD camshaft Did tried the 0.44 NOS jet for a short burst and it's like a really good kick in the back.
  19. Looks very clean and tidy! I've also removed that weird gay ass heater pipe control. Don't know what function it have. P8 and P9 doesn't have such a thing. I think it's to block hot water going thru the firewall into the heat exchanger ?? P7 and P8 clutchmaster are exchangeable. P7 stock ones are most of the time leaky.

And add new KYB dust boot and bumpstop to both shocks Replace 14 inch rims to 15 Inch rims and centercaps Still need to align the whole car. rear axle, castor, camber, and weight on all 4 wheels. Got the car aligned with the eye and lever 1 year ago. But need some proffesional alignment now Need 1 rose joint for the panhard rod

  22. Thanks...... And haven't had time to test the NOS 0.44 JET.....lol Picked up the AE86 Introduction on Electric bikes. Fastest got 90 Newton meter and is faster than almost any gasoline one You can go full throttle and not make a wheelie but go like an rocket on the ones you see in the pic.. Funny thing is you can drive in all gears.6 speed. Because of the electro motor wich gives full TORQUE So retart shifting is good enough. You can hear the bikes very good when driving. The gearbox got straight teeth so noise comes out of it, And you can hear the chain move...

  24. Thanks for the reply's Still haven't tried out the 0.44 NOS nozzle. Been little busy with the pan hard rod. Change of plans. I go for the tripple adjustment.. Right hand thread and Left hand thread. And In the middle. Im using ultra high performance M20 RH, LH rose joints AND........... Tomorrow going to pick up an Toyota levin AE86.
