  1. I fitted powerflex to my ep91, no problems at all. its exaclty the same as doing the engine mounts. you have to knock out the ring and put the new bushes in. if i remember right the bush diameter was 55mm, the part the goes into axle.
  2. there is a thread on toyotagtturbo saying there is a slight problem with the pressure plate catching the bell housing. apparently it needs to be notched, dont know if that could be the problem.
  3. you have the remove the supports that goes under the seat. big black braket that has four big bolts and two small ones. put a pic up if you cant do it.
  4. goodyear eagle f1 are another choice that isnt to expensive. herd they are pretty good in wet and dry, good all rounder.

  6. looks like a custom manifold and who ever made it didnt think it through properly. the wastegate pipe is right up against the top rad pipe. that will heat up the water even more than it is already you need to put filter on turbo, so it could suck in rubbish and ruin you engine. plus at the moment it will suck in hot air coming off oil filter, which is not good. it looks like a VF series turbo, so if i was you i would change the manifold, there plenty available for this type. also get rid of power steering gives you more space to be able to get filter on turbo. to make the car lighter get

  10. I.T. is still pretty big, espeacially in the area of software testing, programming and networking. plus you can work find work most places in the world. if you want a secure job then this industry will suit you well.
  11. yes, it will bolt straight on and you will have to use 5EFE mounts. the shorter ratio's campared to the 5efe will give you better acceleration. its been done by hill_bill10 on here, has a starlet with castrol stickers all over it.
  12. had that problem juust once or twice, just pressed on new content button again and it worked. has another funny issue with the new content button, keeps going to new members section.

  15. i think that will only happen when a lot of force is applying and the nut being cold. never had a problem with them, the magnet is supprisingly strong. just get them from repped seller and you'll be fine.
  16. as above the fuse is under the steering wheel, its part of the plastic that the speaker screws on to.
  17. what underseal do you use, i like the matt black finish it leaves.
  18. ^^ if you have the right tools then they are not difficult to replace. the hardest bit it getting the hub nut off. watch some youtube vids to give you a idea
  19. Sorry to say, they ripped you off. If i was you I would buy some tools and do the work yourself. save yourself and fortune and learn a lot about basic repairs. plenty of folk on the forum will help you out.
  20. £210?? what work did you have done? Drive shaft seals and CV joints are easy 20 - 30min jobs. removing the suspension leg shouldn't cost much more at all, four bolts at the top of suspension and three on track rod end. takes 5 mins. if they are charging a lot extra for that go somewhere else.
  21. if you have had it for a while then and have loads of big (movies) files defragment it. delete history thats not needed, clear cache and cookies. download firefox or oprah ect... internet explorer is mega slow.
  22. yeh it's called brake boosting. hold your foot on the brake to build boost and your off.
