well look at the downpipe... off wastegate which is shut until on boost. connected into downpipe... but then also goes down behind the slam panel? surely that will blow alll the time? unless im being dumb :s?

Hey Folks... Right, all the wiring is done. AVC-R has been re-wired in, MAP sensor has been wired in. So basically all done. Scaling the MAP sensor is going to take a bit of time, but once thats done, gonna be mapping Ricky told me end of next week... Which is all cool by me. Ill keep ya'll posted! Get some mad heat into it and a proper pipe bender..

That will leak, valve will open on boost... Take the DV completely off and blank the vaccum and pipe off with somthing... Seal the system...

where does the pipe go underneath, (cant see in pic, goes out of shot) Surely if thats to atompshere it'll blow from exhaust downpipe off boost?

The wastegate regulates the amount of boost the engine makes use off... Excess gases are vented either down the exhaust system, or down a screamer pipe... Or the system would just boost to 1000bar.... Screamer pipes get there name from the noise they make example: (skip to 15secs) [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nRrlGLWtSQc Sound like jets, rockets... Very loud thrusting noise.. The more boost the louder they get ;)

u cant have both... There are good compressors out there... generally tho as file size goes down, so does quality... Its finding a fair balance bud!

easiest way.. throw it into windows movie maker (preinstaled or download for free) u can trim, and then save it in formats for youtube, phones, email... etc Make the file size more manageable!
