Getting close to first start and gearbox needs oil! Been told Royal Purple is the stuff to use, but i need some ASAP.. anyone got any other better stuff or cheaper stuff that does the job well!? also, how much will i need, its bone dry at the moment because it was rebuilt! fitting a japspeed decat: the car came with a japspeed exhaust so full system pretty much ;) filter relocation kit ;) and 15" rota grids in bronze: the cars current spec is: MINES Plug n Play ECU Japspeed Exhaust System Japspeed Decat Downpipe Monster Motorsport Filter Relocation Kit HKS Actuator @ 1.2bar HKS Gen1 SSQV BC Racing Coilovers Swoosh Boost Gauge ROTA Grid's Bronze The Turbo Scoop & Fuel Tank Cap were black too, which he had color coded to original color... and the headlight grills were missing, which he sourced and again color coded! She is a very tidy car and im sure alot of you will look forward to seein it at japfest ;)

personally love the hks chirp mate, its JDM as fuck, and it didnt get boring allll last year... so ill be fine thanks buddy, ive spent a large amount of time cleaning it! right, pics of the turbo kit, again thanks to ricky for sending these, makes you realise just how big the turbo is, how big a 3inch downpipe is and how little room there is too! enjoy: you can see on this one how a stock radiator is simply impossible! You can also see how ricky twisted the turbo to allow room for that huge downpipe! good job im friends with the guys at Roose Motorsport, looking like ill be needed a custom intake house! also see how close the pas pump is to fanimold! downpipe held in place, its going to be tight as a ducks arse! will look 100% rude tho! haha right, stripped down my SSQV and cleaned it all out since someone, mentioning no names (cough aaddzz123) engine failed while borrowing it and filled it full of oil and gunge! So stripped it completely down and serviced it. Also ordered a weld on boss for ricky to weld it directly to my HDI hot pipe the fuel filter & fuel pressure regulator have arrived at ricky's and ricky is also in the middle of doin the manifold.. however since im having a 3inch downpipe with a top mounted turbo, space is VERY tight apperently.... So we might have to move the bottom civic rad pipe output to the other side of the rad! More on that later, more pics soon x

the 2 little solinoids above the ignitor are to do with air con i believe and can be removed! also your alarm if its a track slag... use a switch to the fuel pump to immobolise the car

longer or shorter bushes can help.. altho the flanges are holes and there not really designed to have adjustability.. there is still some slop in them.... you can use the next size bolt down m6 to m5 for example... this will giv u some slop or adjustability.... try that... on an old corsa i had... i had a 1 inch think 1/2 foot slap of solid rubber... that was jublieed round a exhaust section to stop it clanging on the beam... worked well! The exahsuts rarely get hot enough to melt rubber from the front of the drivers door backward... hence why your never see exhaust hangers on a downpipe hope that all helps!
