id guess there will be a locating PIN stopping us from doing that!

wat a ball ache! the turbo is rotated too much (alot more then stock) so the hot pipe is rubbing on the front support bar (too far forward) and the bottom of the hot pipe is pushed back towards the engine. meanign the fmic pipework has to be extended by 1.5inchs! we cudnt use a silicone joiner luke cus its right on a curve/bend and wouldnt join properly and securly with a joiner fights us every step of the way fucking thing..

yes/no depends on there construction and what materials are used i guess.. dont let some of the ting tong monkey metal manifold on ebay put off. mild steel rusts and look gash after a few months... stainless steel if done properly is far suprior!

TD04 is a very good setup, tried and tested! quick spool but offering more power and torque then the stock ct9 blower... ontop of that you can run them on 1bar on the stock engine safely, then if and when you forge the engine you can ramp the boost up to 1.6bar and get 250-270bhp... ontop of all that, cheap units to buy and alot of the time stock rad friendly! Race-Tech's kit is awesome... it comes with everything you need to fit one up! http://www.race-tech.net/index.php?main_pa...amp;cPath=2_4_5 Wepr & Zisco also offer similar kits!

google gear ratio calculator, and find a glanza gear ratios and 195/45/15 tyres... at 7500rpm 173mph is the speed ull be doing :/ speedos r out. but cant see how rpm dial cud be out??? :/ never said ud reach that did i? gearing would allow it....
-
do a search bunch of buy it nows on there! JD Tuning do a fantastic kit to mount a civic rad perfectly on a ep82 or ep91! ull need a a/c fan or other slimeline fan to replace the bulky stock fan!
-
it is indeed! yeh but u dont get the airflow if 1 is behind the other butt up against each other... even if they are! alloy is your best bet buddy!
-
right. basically by using a civic rad your halfing your cooling efficency... which is not good, your fan will be on all the time :/ having a rad half the size just to free up space is a silly reason dude! id only recommend it if u NEED the space for bigger turbo! so to counteract, get an alloy version of the civic rad, defo do this if your planning bigger turbo... like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HONDA-CIVIC-CRX-DEL-...=item483f50c0a3

ive done 153mph on the clocks at 7050rpm in 5th... the gear ratio calulator i used said i was doing 152mph... am i the only one with accurate clocks lol. my sat nav used to read 1mph lower then speedo too... must be the convertor! that was with 202.6bhp on a stock ct9 and stock engine at 1.1bar. with 195/45/15 tyres there geared for 173mph at 7500rpm...
