  4. haha right, stripped down my SSQV and cleaned it all out since someone, mentioning no names (cough aaddzz123) engine failed while borrowing it and filled it full of oil and gunge! So stripped it completely down and serviced it. Also ordered a weld on boss for ricky to weld it directly to my HDI hot pipe the fuel filter & fuel pressure regulator have arrived at ricky's and ricky is also in the middle of doin the manifold.. however since im having a 3inch downpipe with a top mounted turbo, space is VERY tight apperently.... So we might have to move the bottom civic rad pipe output to
  5. the 2 little solinoids above the ignitor are to do with air con i believe and can be removed! also your alarm if its a track slag... use a switch to the fuel pump to immobolise the car

  7. longer or shorter bushes can help.. altho the flanges are holes and there not really designed to have adjustability.. there is still some slop in them.... you can use the next size bolt down m6 to m5 for example... this will giv u some slop or adjustability.... try that... on an old corsa i had... i had a 1 inch think 1/2 foot slap of solid rubber... that was jublieed round a exhaust section to stop it clanging on the beam... worked well! The exahsuts rarely get hot enough to melt rubber from the front of the drivers door backward... hence why your never see exhaust hangers on a downpipe h

  15. it stays between 1.0 and 1.1bar on boost in all gears so thats cool it goes!
  16. do a comp test when its up to operating temp mate... not at cold... and did u have your foot on full throttle...? seems awfully high that for a cold engine...

  19. boredom at work every morning... i search glanza, starlet turbo, ep91 and ep82 on ebay, pistonheads and youtube every morning and view by newest first so i always know if sumthing pops up
