Socks replied to Azz's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
There is a much bigger fan just behind that small one dude... -
On a stock ecu... Nothing... Its a part that will allow a tuner more fine tuning options to get your car running perfect.. Not usually needed on a stock engine config...

Everyone has told me about this bloke! Im on it! Cheers Morg! They are indeed, much nicer to drive then my EP3! So......... I fixed the poor fan/blower! Thanks to LukeSR... Cabin Filter Changed. Nice and Breezy inside now! Made a huge difference. Didn't think a clogged up one would stop the blower like it did!

Whenever I've sent stuff to Ireland it either arrives in 3-4days or weeks. But it has always got there. Kier. If it doesn't show up this week. I'll refund you quite happily. If it then does show up with you then maybe partially send some funds back? This is as much of a ballache to me as it is to you. I assure you. Complete and utter fuck about.

Ok! So after lots of pretend crying and being really down about the car over the last week or so. (Having stunning weather hasn't helped!) Ricky's been keeping me posted, keeping me updated on progress of shipping of my new turbo from Garrett USA. I was told they wouldn't crack on with the engine reassembly until the turbo had arrived however, so they could blast it in one go... So I've practically been whatsapp'ing Ricky everyday, asking if there is updates on the turbo tracking number. Nope Nope, Left USA, Nope, Nope, Arrived in Customs, Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope.. Message him this afternoon, is the turbo still in customs? Yeh man, not good.... 30mins pass and I get this pic: Turns out the sneaky fuckers at Race-Tech had been planning to get it done for me as a bit of a surprise for the bank holiday weekend. However they just ran out of time. So yeh, the engine has been reassembled for quite some time. The turbo arrived yesterday and the car has been run up, it sounds sweet apparently! Few Snaps of Assembly: Turbocharger wise, I've gone for the GTX version this time, (a Billet Wheel version) of pretty much the exact same turbo. The Compressor wheel is slightly bigger but I shouldnt be loosing any spool time! All being well ill get her back next week Excited!

G-Reddy E-Manage Ultimate Plug & Play w/Map Sensor
Socks replied to Socks's topic in Starlet Parts For Sale
Yes & No... Yes, the ecu, map sensor, harness will work just perfect with your Glanza or any other starlet. No, the plug and play harness is for a EP82 GT Turbo. So you would need to wire the ECU into the cars loom. (Something most tuners have to do anyway) You could then sell on the EP82 Field Plug and Play harness... -
Gutted as you too... Glanza is onward and upward! Ill let them post up... Correct! 4 Paw's are Amazing & Rare Things these days!
