indeed, if you hook it up to the cig lighter, it'll be an ignition live, and thus it'll be able to be switched on all the time, which is not allowed ideally, you should use a relay switch and take the feed from the ignition/perm live, with the signal feed coming from the sidelight feed, so that it'll only switch on with the sidelights, but you'll be sharing the load on the main/ign live feed. it's how we used to do all imports anyway.

oh agreed, dave is basically an anorexic etheopian child. i'm quite porky however, so god knows how i manage to be quicker than him when karting. driving on road/track is different matter though, his car control is almost unbelievable. it's not that he's noticably fast or aggressive, he just knows exactly whats going to happen, before it happens, and is SO smooth even when he's driving flat out. it's rediculous really. that's what happens when you've been racing since about the age of 6 i guess. you aint exactly the tallest bloke in the world mind, and i never saw much of a pot belly on you

120k SR? you mean like daves on a stock bottom end that was smashing out over 450bhp with 125k on the clock?!?! you bloody haggis muncher. also, cheap s13 or s14 will do the job, the s13 wont drift as well out of the box (they're more prone to understeer, its safer but less helpful when trying to drift), but they have the better drum handbrake to help counteract that.

over 300bhp, probs about 350lb.ft of torques, rwd, damp roads, mate, feel free to try that when asleep in the morning ^^; it can catch you out i can tells ya. stock turbs is on limit now anyway, only get more by switching to something else (already have something else bought ;]), everything else is fine with it, however i'm nowhere near talented enough to deal with any more in this weather, happy to admit that ^^;

the panel might not be aligned very well, is it the front or rear wheel? the rear axle goes for a walkabout if you lower the car without a panhard rod, so that can cause the wheel to scuff more on one side on the rear, but it has nothing to do with the front.

ye thats the thing, i never pay full price, because i search out the bargains, well, did, dont have the time anymore, but you'll DEFO find a bargain on the likes of ebay, or other car forums, just sniff them out. mx5's are a good bet, but as are pulsars and such, usually mx5's have the best styles and rare models though, you'll tailor your ebay searches to sniff them out for you after a while
