  1. the optional recaros are the same as installed in many other vehicles, so you could pick em up very cheaply and they'd look original.
  2. named driver? so you're basically uninsured then?
  3. best looking? Yeah if you drive around without a bonnet
  4. Here's a little taster for everyone of a re-trimmed arm rest that we've just produced. The arm rest is an original toyota EP item, removed from a glanza in Japan. The original material (a mock suede effect material) was in brilliant condition, but the owner requested for it to be retrimmed anyway to match the rest of his interior, specifically his Integra Type-R seats, which as everyone knows are bright red alcantara, which if ordered from recaro direct on their website is £54 per metre, of which the smallest length you can order is a metre (obviously far too much for one arm rest).

    RE TRIM

Sorry didnt spot this. Anyways, a starlet interior would be in the region of £800-1000, depending on the material. That would obviously be everything, possibly including door cards depending on the design, and piping if you so wished (if used well it can look brilliant). Real alcantara is in the region of £54 a metre, no idea where you got £100 per metre from
  6. .....however, they would be with a tc sticker.
  7. his guestimate was close, they're a good few hundred quid (prob knocking on 300quid), or in other words, 6.25trillion pounds.
  8. i've never seen a silver carbing brace, only white. although admittedly i've not ever purposely looked. if you have the link then send it over and i'll price it up mate, although yes they will all be new buy it now's.
  9. you've not seen a carbing brace before? chuffing nubs they've been around for many years - they won't offer any more rigidity over other braces (there isn't any structural important of the bulkhead as its paper thin), but they are quite chunky and hence do look good.
  10. 1.4bar? seems a tad high. we'll see how long this one lasts anyways ;]
  11. i'll make it look better by stoving it in with my wellington boots. it'd be lush then.
  12. he's using the brakes for a conversion, i dont believe he has an ae101 or ae111 sat there to check.
  13. most likely a boost leak, a hks actuator won't deteriorate.
  14. i never saw the third one, tokyo wankstain or whatever it was. i doubt i'll watch this one either. pile of worthless shit.
  15. empty thatchers drum. glue gun. garden hose. bosch pump from fish tank. done, blates.
  16. ive not played mr jordan on forza yet. tell him to invite me in next time he's on, and i'll give him some filthy dirty pirate talk in his ear. oh we might race too.
  17. no, thats you galliano ;]
  18. the actuator cant be 'bored out', you're referring to the wastegate. the actuator may be adjustable and set to 1.2bar, as the turbo will only ever run as little boost as the actuator will allow, you can only physically go up from there with your boost controller, not down. check and see what it is, its easily visible so have a gander. it may have been modified or spaced out, have a gander. also, its greddy, pronounced 'gred' 'eee', without the gap inbetween ;) people are always saying greedy, its gay
  19. buy cheap buy twice? yeah, for stuff like suspension and turbos, but actuators are generally pretty foolproof if they're hks items, and spark plugs are spark plugs, ngk's are same 'ol same 'ol. I did come across a set of splitfire plugs for a 4e in motorworld the other day. marked down to 12quid for a full set, bargain! worked fine on a 4e-fte as they had the same heat rating and gapping as the 4e plugs, so for the money you cant go wrong.
  20. rick told you what engines will drop in? i used to do alot of research in these, know some people abroad that used to rally em.
