was a road i've never been before, so no didnt know the road well at all. the grip from the 323 was incredible, that 4wd system works VERY well, unfortunately my tyres are shite so i spent most of the night sideways, but i had a hell of alot of fun. kept with it till around 80-90mph in a straight line, then it tended to pull slightly, longer geared etc, although as its standard it wont take much to get it at around 300bhp, by which time it'll most likely shit all over me. If i do decide to go further with the starbo then it'll be more interesting, but realistically i want something rwd/4wd to

you've a non-jdm air filter? ........get out.

i made a thread on it mate, have a gander handles a beauty! shell, hi/lo dont make no difference, its not there for fuel economy, its there for low traction/snowy weather etc, if you rev it the same you'll use the same fuel really. i've only got about 230miles out of the tank this time, but i drove for almost 100 miles @ about 6000rpm, getting used to the suspension etc with a 323GTR and an S14 200SX, so was having a good test of the car overall. so ye, it all depends how its driven
-
no, some have climate control, some dont. one's a fully electric system, ones levers and pulleys, there's a big difference.
-
eh? not quite sure what you mean there mate, that one's beyond me!
-
if its just the exhaust backbox then it shouldnt affect the performance in any way, you still have the standard pea shooter pipework all the way through, so changing the box at the end wont affect it at all. its only as strong as its weakest link as they say
-
ye mine's running well i must say, thats the only thing stopping me from selling it for an evo, its doing equivalent mpg to a bloody diesel so saving me a pretty penny at the moment!
-
i've had 350miles from a tank a few times, with a bit left too (thats getting on for 50mpg!), thats not driving it like a total granny either. now i have the suspension on its obviously reduced because i can push it much farther, but not any more than it would if i drove it hard before, worst its ever done is around 225miles to a tank, but its usually far more, 250miles+, any less and im dissapointed (tank is now around £35 to fill, depending on how much it costs, used to cost less than £30 to fill, bloody fuel prices!!).
-
got me over here for a while to be honest, now i check here far more so its certainly helped
-
ah ye shit sorry mate, wrote loads so made a slight error. what he said! although, its so much easier to just jack one side up and check it that way, there's no need to check which way the other spins by jacking it all up!

very old vid, but still cool

hahahaha, really? If the exhaust is very free flowing, then it'll hit fuel cut even with the standard mani, and with the original cat My friend's hit it easily for example, with only an autofixed exhaust (i.e VERY free flowing), and removed aircon etc. Mine isn't quite as free flowing as his (being a jap JASMA certified thing, i.e they're slightly more restricted) but it brings the engine management light on when its very cold (i.e during winter), but luckily every time i've noticed this i backed off before giving it a chance to bounce of fuel cut. So yes, it is very much possible. As soon

yes, ET37 is what you're aiming for, so if you're referring to those alloys, which AFAIK are ET38, you should be fine

firstly, every glanza has that sticker regarding the LSD, thats just saying (the one on the door that is) about the differences if the car were to have an lsd, its just a standard sticker. the only way you'll know is to jack one side up, make sure the car is out of gear, then try turning the wheel thats jacked up. if it doesn't turn, you have an lsd. either that, or jack both sides up, and (again making sure its out of gear) turn one of the wheels, if the other wheel spins in the opposite direction, you have an lsd. in regards to the bov, you can just remove the stock bov, block up the hole fo

is it a wepr mani mate? if so, it'll be blowing because the flange is too thin, meaning the nuts holding it on aint actually sealing as tight as they should be (due to not catching the thread), plus as the flange is thin they obviously warp etc, thats mainly why i sold my wepr on, it was brand new and may well have been perfect but i couldnt be bothered to take the risk if it wasn't. i'm far too lazy to inspect problems etc. whats that on the pipe of the arc going into the inlet? silver foil or something? either that or its a whole lot of welding? looks mightily wierd!

never said they look pretty sweet, just 'nicer' that on the black ones, still look a bit too....well....you know...
-
you're gonna get felched like you've never been felched before.
-
god knows where you heard that from, they sound like dirty lies to me
-
the state of the interior makes up for it, you bitch.
-
.....fusion? o_O is that a fancy word for a tarted up n/a?
-
its not, but as i washed myself for the first time in 4 months, i thought the car deserved the same treatment... plus, your gt is slag, not your glanza, so when yours slags up, mine will follow, for now, i'll have to slag it up with wheels and other such slag goodies
-
ouch, buying lots of money's worth of parts before getting the car, this is prob why you shouldnt... the exhaust would need modifying to fit if you were to get an ep91 n/a mate, as it differs to the ep82's, airbox may be slightly different also but not sure, may be alright there. everyone can learn from this!
-
you're quite a trusting individual, fair shout
-
ye not too bad on a red one, but, red glanza's arent exactly common place
