Might stick to stock ones then! Was gonna try Carbone Lorraine RC5+ for my GT4 fronts, but might give Yellowstuffs a go first and see how they are. Been using stock pads so far, dunno if that's made the fluid overheat last time..

Looking to replace my rear pads, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for something that: - Bites well (inc on track) - Doesn't chuck out excessive dust - Won't set me back too much Tried searching for Brembo ones but can't seem to find any that are listed as turbo model rear pads. Thanks Amjad

I maybe selling a driver one, but probably in 2 months or so

Tyres, RARB, ALK, polybushes, braces, LSD (I put it last because it's pretty expensive compared to the rest of what I've mentioned) -
Hi Andy, just noticed you're from Cardiff! I'd inspect the car for any oil leaks, clutch wear, turbo and engine health (smoke and compression test) and any rust. If it's on a CT9 it may be on it's way out in the next few years. Sounds like a half decent spec as is though! I use my CT9 GT on track occasionally, does well for such a low power car (matched the time of a BMW M135i set at Donington)

One of my more competitive moments hehe How high?! LOL My water sits at 70c and oil around 100-110 (yet to hook up my oil cooler) Wish I got some videos, like a numpty I left my suction mount at home despite bringing my camera and 3 spare batteries *sigh*

Cool, thanks for the advice fellas! Sorry I haven't been on in a while, car has been the same but I've gotten used to it. Will have to try a fresh bleed and fluid replacement when I get a chance! So much for Gulf "Racing" brake fluid lol Oh and I don't have ABS

Lovely work Adam, truly rescued now -
I'd agree with TimD, you'd only ever really need it on track! Mocal do a thermo that has push on fittings but I don't think you can use those lines with one.
-
There's no thermo in that kit, you will want one otherwise you'll end up having to shield a lot of it for normal driving

I'm guessing this is my MC that's failed/failing? Did half of my 4 hour track session at JF2 with a little air in the system, would this have caused the MC to fail? Pulled in, bled system and it was way better. Did the second half of my session fine, but found that leaving Donington my pedal was pretty soft! Got a mate to jump in when I was bleeding so I'm not sure if he was pressing pedal a bit too hard at the time? Gonna check pads aren't just low but I would think that low pads, after giving more pedal travel than usual would still give a firm pedal towards the end of the travel

Twas a good day Found the limit of my car to be tyres, the car itself has so much more to give!
-
I use Toyota ones, pretty sure it came to less than £30 total
