  2. It's normal for the boost to drop off with the stock turbo from what I've read and heard from my tuner, mine peaks at just under 2 bar then drops the same as yours, they're just not big enough to chuck out the amount of air needed higher up the rev range. That power must be fun in a 4 though! Very tidy too.

  4. I've got a pair in black with the switch, very good condition.
  5. Always liked the VI's, look good in white too. Natural progression!
  6. Evos' have them as standard... and we all bin them because they do fack all!
  7. How random! But knew it had to be something other than the gearbox. Mounts may have helped, poly ones do improve the gear change. Glad it's sorted.
  8. Yes. If you don't want to run the hi/lo solenoid (which doesn't really work with the hks actuator anyway).
  9. It's still there other than the ecu plugs being cut off... if it's easy to remove I might do it at some point...
  10. It's tight like a tiger, try harder! Lube it up and make sure it's not folding.
  11. I guess it could be... the reason I'm so interested is because this box was in my car not long ago - not for long at all but I didn't have any selection issues with it in the short time.
  12. It'll just be the sealant holding it on, pry it off evenly so as not to bend the flange.
  13. It really sounds like a clutch issue especially when you say it's engaging when sitting still, where is the bite point on the pedal? Have you tried simply adjusting that at the pedal see if it makes a difference? If it was doing it as soon as you fitted the box it must be something else but you really do seem to have tried everything!
  14. Shocking but also a great example of why you should always blank out your number plate and not plaster it all over social media!!
  15. It's non genuine ball joints that are the problem. Had to grind mine down too.
  16. I'd definitely try the old clutch, pain in the arse but best way to tell if it's that!
  17. SO now you've got two sets of the same shit wheels! Common as muck!!
