There were at least 3 sizes of 3G kits made by TMD - 288x25.4, 285x?? and 300x20mm

Have you still got a standard clutch you could try just to see if it is the spec one?
-
I've got a nice custom one with a very sorry pipe route and stainless pipework.
-
Hope you get it sorted mate, sounds like it almost needs a thicker release bearing like the orc/blitz kits use. by the way the sugar cube is different on older gearboxes and is just a plastic bit like above which doesn't seem to wear.

Pull it! It should be tensioned to keep the flap shut it.

What's up with the gearbox??

I do agree with some of what you say... but I also find it very ironic you're continually moaning about people not wanting to pay for the things you're selling when you're basically trading unofficially...

Turbo intake - mesh or air filter?
WallaceGlanza replied to scottieboi94's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
A good filter will actually increase the flow as you have a larger surface area to pull in air, so just mesh over the turbo is really not ideal. -
A split pipe clamp would surely work?...

Like I say it's easier to install an HKS or similar actuator (single port) if you remove the stock solenoid - a lot of actuators will be bought second hand too so won't come with the tee piece needed to plumb in the stock solenoid.... so people don't bother.
-
Why keep it when your foot controls how fast you want to go?.... Even with a proper ebc I never used the low boost setting. With an HKS actuator the stock hi/lo solenoid doesn't vary the boost much anyway and it's easier to install if you exclude the solenoid, that's the main reason to remove it on a GT.

A blitz decat would go nicely with that!
-
I like it with the white doors, reminds me of enzo's Swat EP95! Certainly got the drag stance at the moment too!
-
Are they a slightly different length, since they crossover each other one might need to be just a bit longer?
-
I've got both in the breakers yard thread. Can get photos once I'm home next week.

The pitting is det marks, I've a head here the same. Most will come out with a skim but I wouldn't worry about the rest, not gonna cause issues running. I'd lightly dress the cam cap but don't take any material off the bore.

Big one on the inside with the seal, small one on the outside - bin the two cases.
