Thanks on the advice Bourkey! I was hoping you would come to this post and help me out on this The guy making my exhaust is gonna talk thing over to make a custom one Will cost me about 250 euro without intercooler, but it wil be one off ;) I have been looking at the N/A front bumper and it doesn't let a lot of air in, so i might start looking for a very broad and short intercooler. Bourkey how does the Japspeed fit? happy with the fitting, amount of cutting away, pieces op bumper?

would look great on your ep man!

i made the decision to go FTE, all plans are put into motion! but i don't want to yell it all about until i really do have it in my car. i expect some butchering yea... just afraid it wont fit at all :S I am asking a local exhaust guy who is gonna make my exhaust to to make me a estimate on a custom one but i really do like the HDI one tbh.

mother deserves the same fait. Break bones, all non fatal 1 ad day for a few weeks, than snap het back...

Since i dont have a airscoop in my bonnet i will have to be getting a FMIC. I like the way the piping goes on the HDI intercooler kit. Does anybody have any idea about the possible fitting of the HDI-kit, esp on a N/A? Reason i ask this because the bumpers on a glanza look a bit bulkier, and maybe the piping doesnt fit behind a N/A frontbumper? I am prepared to do some cutting in the bumper but the piping must fit behind it ofc. I guess i could always go for a japspeed as that is already done and works, but i dont like the way the piping runs over the exhaust mani... thanks for the help!

Hi mate, nice Glanza! I see you have an HDI intercooler, how was it to install? you happy with it? Looks great IMO!

further try to drill a small hole first, after that drill a bigger hole.

MC is on the other side of the world so like 2 purple starlets in the world one on each side of the world, is still rather rare !!! looks good imo

there are c56 gearboxes with LSD right? C56A2 ore something they are called?
-
There are a couple of guys in the netherlands that drive with a N/A gearbox, as far as i know they didnt have any probs. but they didnt put alot of miles on it yet and no big tuningprojects done on them.
-
Helps alot Joz! and thanks Enzo for your feedback to! My gearbox has about 100k miles on it, so its not the freshest box anymore. Certainly the strenght is a big thing to since i am planning on tuning my FTE. I guess that the high revs at highway speeds will still be there, but it will certainly be ok for tuning and that is most important!!

C52 is GTTurbo C56 is Glanza C15x is N/A right?
-
i am getting a FTE convo done, the main question is should i get a C56 gearbox with that? i guess i should cause it has stronger internals, but the ratio's hardly differ?
-
Ok so doing some research, i decided to at least get a C56 gearbox with my FTE , that the original Glanza gearbox. On wikiwiki i found some different gearratio's than stated in this topic, but can't confirm that these or the ones on the wiki are the correct ones.

nightspirit i can only express myself in one way...

great photoshoot!! the car looks like ... WOW and those sexy rims

Thanks for the mass of info! Enzo thanks for the info to, I am really just wondering what the differences are of the FE and the FTE gearbox. Is it worth it to get a FTE gearbox? Is there a noticable difference in rpm at cerain speeds? I see the FTE gearbox has a closer ratio gearbox, am i right? I could be doing some highwaymiles so i am really intrested in the RPM at 60 of a FTE, as a can check an FE myself. at 90 mph my FE is revving so high...
-
Anybody can tell me the gearratios on an N/A and a Turbo. is there a big difference? or can people tell me like: in 5th gear in a Glanza at 60mph i am doing ... rpm. or like how far can you pull the car in second gear? 5.5k revs is 60mph? and is the Turbo transmission much stronger or other aspects different from the N/A one? i am asking this cause i am planning to get a FTE but am not sure if i should get a FTE gearbox. Thanks MUCHO!!

The car is looking stunning Bourkey!! Meg's works a charm really know what you mean of not wanting to drive it cause its gonna go all dirty by the way, what type of FMIC is that? and you are using the N/A radiator right? is it sufficient? And if you relocate your radiator bottle, do you have the space to locate a filter there for you turbo? Like next to the radiator? Thanks for the info man!
