@Rick yeah me to, 6mm spacers. went to a local wheels&tyres shop and they started at 3mm and worked up to see what minimum size spacers would do the trick. so 6mm it was. here is a more shiny picture

Thanks for all the comments guys! I will be giving the car a good wash this weekend and a nice new photoshoot. Galliano your dutch is perfect and Petr, you are right, like the uk-drivers, the dutch starlet drivers aren't shavs and have a good sence of taste. so no endless amount of decals or neon... The discs are from a guy from the dutch starlet forum, he has loads of intresting stuff, lots of whiteline and other suspension stuff. I really think they would look good in black with yellow!!

got the spacers and the wheels are on, check showroom!

So a update: new wheels and new discs i am a happy man! I think they look good, maybe i will give them a refurb but for now its fine!

aargh they don't fit, i think they are 5J so i will need to use spacers. it's rubbing the brake caliper... will take a week to get spacers, but that's some time to refurb them

Tbh i think yellow maybe would look good but black lip would only make the wheels look smaller. (They really bright but its really hard to colour white rims)

well, for the peeps that don't know, i have a black with yellow interior. Since they are white they will stay like that for a while, then its black with yellow lip i think..

Just a few ideas, hope it helps: I like the top one but maybe a bit to much Clio RS 'ish, with the blue i tried to get the same colour as the car.

they don't have ANY performance benifits, but are sometimes needed because a part of the air-intake is replaced with a aftermarket one that does not have a option to hook up the tube running from your rocker cover. For instance i made a custom cold air intake, i lost the possibility to hook up the tube again so i needed a Breather filter.
