Put a sat-nav in ya car an drive at a steady 30 or 60 (not 105) an look at the speed on it an ya car.. Mine is out by about 5mph...

Was a good idea at the time but jus spat oil all over rocker cover...

X2... My GT managment light use to come on at high rev's or if i was driving it hard... But since i relocated air-filter, changed the FMIC pipe off the turbo to drop down the left of the engine, and took off the little air-filter on top of the rocker cover an put a pipe to a catch can all seem's ok and the light hasen't come on again.. I know there little thing's but it all seemed to help...

I'v done it myself, not looked at the date an replied to an old thread...

Welcome along to UKSC... Cant help ya on the engine mod's unless ya rip it apart.. But if ya post up some pic's of the engine and underneath im sure some peeps on hear can point out some of the obvious mod's to eye...

Well i only brought it in september last year.. Rubbish i know.. Well me an my mate set to work stripped the mani,turbo off and gave it all a good clean up..The Turbo was in good shape with no shaft play so was happy about that.. The standered mani was proper cracked right threw, was supprised at how bad it was.. Old mani.. Old an new.. Befor.. After.. Used all new gasket's an nuts.. Also while was there had a oil filter an oil change, new coolent fitted some new plugs to... Have really noticed the difference with new mani, boost feel's stronger so car is going pretty good... I have also noticed the car does not flutter as loudly as befor, is this because it has a better flow threw mani so does not have such a build up of back presure??? Dont know much about it so if question seems stupid im sorry...
