yeh thats quite low mate so prob no need to go lower looks the part

was about to say about the chatter / compressor surge thing. chatters when you lift off throttle and the butterfly closes and the remaining air cant get through the B.O.V quick enough so goes back through the turbo blades. It doesnt turn it backwards or anything, your just hearing the air being chopped up so to speak lol compressor surge is different and does damage. it happens when your on full throttle so the blades are spinning thousands of rpm and because of reasons i cant really remember from when i read this the air isnt able to go into the cyclinders so goes back through the turbo while its at full pelt. excuse the noobish tech talk lol it may be like people have said that your dv is set to stiff. i also had a mate who used to work at maccy Ds and i got pretty much the same treatment as you. order a mcflurry and get a bag with burgers the lot lol. got a mate who works for a bike shop aswell and since im a bmxer it coems in handy to get drastically reduced in price stuff then theres all the randoms mates with decent jobs that fix stuff around the house for free when it breaks lol

put a lottery ticket on and if you win take out 17k , go n see it and then set fire to it infront of whoevers selling lol. i was gonna say it could be easily saved byt then i saw all the interior aswell ha

well going by a thread i read the other day about peoples handbrakes being rubbish with rear discs and better with drums id say your probably already one step ahead. im sure you can get brembo drums for the starlets and get some new shoes and handbrake cables and its probably gonna be a fine setup. im not sure if the 4wds are the same drumbrake tho since everythin at the backs alot more involved.

as above mate. its the same as anyone going to work. I've got a mate that basically does the same but hes a bakery engineer for all the equipment and if hes working in inverness hes up at 5 to travel the 3 hours there. be thankful youve got a company car most likely with fuel paid . im a bricklayer and got put on a site 40 miles further than i used to be so thats 80 quid a day in petrol I've got to fork out to get 2 and from work.

thot u ment that. yeh you on about the cam gear tentioner. surely that wouldnt cause that damage. thats mainly there to take up any slack in the gears meshing together so its not noisy. yeh agreed on the doing it properly next time round. thats what im doin lol. blew my piston rings twice before
