those do have it. its on the top of the coilover mate. should have 4 bolts on it that u can losen and move the shock in relation to the top mount if you get what i mean

dunno if it would fit down into the headbolt but you could try a snapon easy out reverse thread thing. i used them to get a snapped bottom end of the spark plug out of an engine. ill see if i can find a link. somethin like one of these but dunno what size you would need. http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P6...amp;dir=catalog id put the other headbolts back in aswell just to take the strain off that one bolt. might help with gettin it out. hope that gives ya a direction to go in heres the link for the book. mine is the engine builders handbook but I've linked the choice page inste

hmm maybe they were reused bolts and have been rounded before. give a machine shop a call and see what they have to say man. also i got a good engine building book from deamon tweeks. tells ya everything you would ever need to know and check when rebuilding an engine. just takes some time to read but its a good thing to have.

just go on tm developments n buy one. dont wanna be strippin a headbolt. or use a spline key if u have one with the little end at the top and put a jack handle on the end of it. remember dont use that method to put them back on lol

Know how u feel man. Split with my gf about august last year after 3 n a bit years.Listenin to alot of bangin tunes help make me feel happy again and just generally tryin not to let myself be down. was just about to say i looked at the torque list yesterday and that states you dont need to replace them so im with nastyrash. but as said its probably worth it to replace them anyway or at least check them.

if you have an exhaust system thats meant as a straight swap from a standard system ul be fine. only a few companies made it so if you run their exhaust you need their decat aswell

nice little work mobile if u end up sellin the ford alloys on it cheap let me know as my mum has a fiesta and keeps on at me to buy 4 wheel trims but the ford ones are 15 sheets each and i figure could prob get a set of alloys for a little more and not have to replace them every couple months haha

no idea why he is filming nothing lol but as the comments on the vid say its quite a hard thing to set up. this happened on the m9 up here a couple months ago and i must have just missed it because i didnt see anythin on the other side of the road and when my work mates showed up they said there was loads of police n that on the other side of the road. one of the huge scaffolding poles had fallen off a lorry and went right through and audi. only just missed the driver seat. woman was fine. i didnt believe them till i read it in the daily record the next day lol

theres a really good video guide buy someone off tgtt. a foreign guy. im sure the links were posted on here somewhere. ill have a look and post them. they helped me rebuild my bottom end and id never done it before.
