Here you go: The lenght from actuator to the locking nut is about one key lenght and the boost is 1.1 bar. Don't have a ruler her so can't measure.
-
I'll go out and take a pic for you of mine. Just wait a few minutes.
-
Yeah defo looks short, but seems like you should be able to just pull the arm out another cm and it would be ok? Although I think the boost would be quite high, so if you get it on be careful with it first!

Looks evil as foook, really nice mate!

That angry GT looks funny, haha. Nice shot!

I have 16x7.5" ET35 rims and 195/40 tires and they do not rub at all. I don't have a panhard rod. I had 205/45/16 on my NA starlet back in the days and it was pulling quite alot if there was worn grooves on the road. I'd really recommend to have max 195 tires if you're having it as a daily driver (you can get wider drag tires for the strip if needed ). I don't know about your roads in poland but our roads have quite bad grooves on the roads as it's quite common to use studded tires in the winter time.

Not cleaned yet, and I think I should put on the original heat shield for the manifold. But looks quite ok anyway!

Took a few photos this evening. Lovin the car! Engine bay is not cleaned yet, but had a quick wash for the exterior. Gonna get her polished propably next month.

It's out and going like hell! <3 Got the FMIC installed perfectly after some bumper cutting. Had to cut it surprisingly much, but you can't see it when the bumper is on. Really happy with the result! The FMIC sits really nice and tight and is aligned almost perfectly center. Really happy with the result and the bumper barely looks cut. Made the fixings my self, turned out really good. The engine bay looks pretty much like this. Although had to put standard efi pipe back to be able to fit the apexi filter. More pics of the bay when I get it cleaned up!

Arnolds 99V Glanza build - New WEPR TD04 Kit :D
whitestar replied to Arnold's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Ok good to hear! I see your cooler is aligned to the edge of the crash bar, just like mine will be. My pipes go from the other sides of the tow eyes so they quite don't fit behind the fogs, but I'll sott that this weekend. -

Did you have to trim your bumper for the FMIC? -
Cheers mate, appreciate it. Had the same, don't want to cut any metal for fitting this. I'll work hard this weekend and try to get it on the road as soon as possible!

It's 580mm X 210mm X 63mm. It's this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-STARLET-EP82-EP91-INTERCOOLER-KIT-/121077566918?ssPageName=ADME:L:OU:GB:3160 Sits pretty nice indeed. Chuffed that it aligns center easily and sits straight, even only with cable ties. I think the core is just perfect size, HDI ones seem too big, at least if you want to keep your AC still on...
-
Cheers! Can't wait to get the car out for wash and decent pics with proper camera. Wheels gonna look even better then.
-
Ok, couldn't resist again so had to get this thing going... A few tight places here and there but I'll sort dem out! Have to fabricate fixings for the core and find a suitable silicone joint for my blitz bov. Also the piping hits PS belt so I'll have to bend the AC piping and cut the bumper.
-
Lol, I guess so. This core is a bit smaller than normal HDI and similar ones, so I hope I don't have to cut it much...
-
Thanks! Opened the box, this is what popped out! <3 Gonna install it next weekend.

Yeyy UPS brought me a new.....box! SO EXCITED.

Crooks stanced now going for big power build
whitestar replied to Crooks's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
That looks SO GOOD! Couldn't have imagined myself saying this, but don't ever consider changing that bumper to -98 spec! Suits really well to your car. I'd really like to ride that low too, but don't have balls for that. -
I WANT THIS SO MUCH. I can also pay you if you send this over to finland.
-
Some updates. She's standing on her own feet now! The stance is quite ok. I'd like if it looked a bit lower, but the lowest part of my exhaust is now about 7cm from the ground...and I still want to be able to drive this thing. So here she stands for now. Wheels are not even about to scrape anywhere. I suppose with right offset I'd be able to fit even 16x8" rims without problems. These are 7.5" ET35. Even the rear is perfect and I don't have adustable panhard rod (and haven't rolled my arches!). Heres the clearance The lowest part is that flange

My Livesports Glanza EP91 (UPDATE 24/06/2014)
whitestar replied to FrancyGlanza's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
This is AWESOME. What size tyres you have, and how wide rims? And what ET? I have 195/40/16 on a 16x7.5" ET35. Is it painful to drive it that low, as I'm tempted to drop my ride more. Are your fenders rolled?
