yeah i have the dave b braided lines and they are good quality

cal, you are wrong mate. i dont have anything against you and i feel bad the way people rip on you at times, but sometimes is deserved. this time your very wrong. its your opinion yes, but its wrong. and the way you put it across again is wrong. nothing against you lad. what rick has said is 100% and if you cant see it you need to open your eyes. its not about being different or hardcore. open your eyes and your mind a little. meshing is not best for performance, fact. it pretty much halfs your compressor intake size, fact. its not best for turbo preservation, fact. but end of the day do w

looks sweet mate

yeah thats true, the thing is i live the closest to work out of everyone there so if i dont make it in and someone else did it would look very bad on me. i liked the challenge! would love to take the glanza off the road in the winter as its crap in this sort of weather, struggle to get grip in the dry so in wet, icy conditions i have no chance. but its my only car so i dont have a choice.
-
took these at work the other day, i was the first one to make it through the extreme conditions to reach my work, fuck knows how as it was a hard task with the orc309 clutch! felt like i had concured everest also the new suspension is on, i like it, cant really test them out as its not really the weather for it. sits a bit higher at the back that the front. which is good as it appeares to have helped with tracktion.

what turbo mate?
-
does this turbo need to be water cooled?
keirz replied to robclio16v's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
im assuming you will need to get a custom mani and down pipe right? if so why are you bothering with a ct9? surly there is a better turbo for the job. the ct range is quite old now. you could get a much newer design turbo with more efficient shaft and compressor wheel design. im just curious thats all mate. -
looks quick mate. the speedo is in km right?
-
n/a starlet and then my glanza
-
thanks, shes the complete package mate and im a very lucky boy, hence why i would never do anything to disrespect her like putting a nude picture up but fairplay to the ones who have, some good efforts!
-
i agree with the above, hence me putting up a fully clothed pic. i wouldnt put any other kind of picture up of my girl. no chance, but fair play to the ones who have!

speaking from my experience they are fine and i would buy another set. i dont mind if people hate them. but you give an impression to people that they will break in two if you gave a fat person a lift or if you jet washed them. which is just not true. yes there are pictures of them broke. but im sure if you smash any wheel hard enough it would break too. and the stuff about them being a poor persons alternative is just daft and makes you look a bit of a cock to be honest. i think your a tit, you think im a tit, we can leave it at that if you like.
-
hello fishy and your post was as if your high and mighty as usual you tit. SRNSFTL i will let you work that one out. i have rotas yes, i am poor obviously
-
looks stuning mate, good work.
-
they are fine if you dont have a crash? who buys wheels to smash them into a curb? thats like saying "them new i phones are rubbish because if you throw them on the floor they break" or "E-manage is shit because if you stab a screw driver straight threw if it stops working" sort your self out they are good wheels for what they cost and what they will be used for

here is miss keirz, nudyness is for my eyes only im afraid
-
thanks again mike, much apreciated and im sure they will be a big improvement the car made 196bhp @ 1 bar every one was claiming the dyno was under reading on the day so on a different dyno, 1.1 bar and the better filter it will be comfortably over 200bhp. which was the intended target power.
-
ah cool. i got what you see above for what i feel is silly cheap so if they are as good as what people say they are i will be a happy boy! just realised ive not put my dyno pictures in my thread so here they are need to get back on the dyno for another run now ive got the better intake and turned the boost up a little
-
cheers, im looking forward to getting these on now and seeing if there is much improvement over my cobra springs and stock shocks. i would have thought a big difference but time will tell. where did you get the shocks from idress? were they second hand too?
-
a bit of new suspension action, RSR springs and kyb sr specials, they are second hand but the price ive paid for them they are worth a go and they seem to be in good condition. i know they ran well on the car they came off. also fitted the tc short shifter, not a bad bit of kit really. worth the money, fitting was a bit of a bitch but nothing major. no pictures as it doesnt look any different!
-
jay, get the fcd, rrfpr and fuel pump all off your list. dont even bother with them. take the money you was gonna spend on them and get a jam ecu. 5 minute fit and will fuel up to 1 bar easily and will benifit from a more agressive map. thats my opinion from my own experience. i made good power that way. add a good hybrid to that list and you will be around 200bhp. if you need a go in my glanza to prove this is a good route to go just let me know!
