Just for clarification the one on my spoiler (dark grey) is an original.... maybe? The lighter coloured one is one I've had made. Do you all think the one I've had made needs to be darker or not?
-
No you need a turbo set up the stock 5E I drove was in a glanza shell
-
Yeh it's been done and goes well at standard boost levels with stock actuator.
-
The grey ones are the spoiler ones I'm just wondering if mine are to dark to be original or if the new ones are to light?
-
Is it my badges or are they darker than everyone else's? It's a very good clone if you ask me. If anyone want one to do a comparison let me know as I'd rather have a second opinion on the colour difference. They worked out at £4 each. by the way I'm not going to have these mass produced as there's not alot of SR Starlets left.

Got my TTE spoiler replicas. The Grey is to light so I'll have that fixed and made darker and try again. Comparison! But my TTE wheel centres turned out great.

Looks like there's been some serious heat through that No.3 main cap? Judging from the colour between 500-600° Engine looks sweet. Looks like your doing it right. Luke

I see you! I was in the Gold Yaris heading towards the M61. Looked really clean. S*** RND?
-
There isn't a RARB on a starlet from factory and yes it makes a huge difference when using shocks and lowering springs. Not so much with Coilovers setup correctly.

Pully is easy with the right tool. I've got one of these. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=251963387706&alt=web Best £9 I've ever spent.

You need to take your off just incase the engine has been changed at anytime of its life.
-
You measure the crank to find what bearing you need.
-
Your lucky. It doesn't look like it's span the shell. 4 is furthest from the oil pump so I'd be changing that as well. Have the crank measured you might get away with it. Change all bearing mains thrusts and big ends as they will all have encounter some sort of wear from loss of oil pressure.

I was in Doncaster on Wednesday as well picking the car up. It took me 4 hours to do a 2 hour drive due to road works, closures and diversions it was a right pain. Just round the corner then.

Oh yeah good point. Yeh ep91

Any colour as it's just a track slag prefer local as possible to Manchester.

Just electric adjust is easier but fold is doable. You need extra wires in the passenger door for fold and you need to make a loom up to go from the bottom of the a pillars to the switch and supply it with power. It not for the inexperienced.
-
Glanza folding or just electric adjust?

Toyota don't sell them anymore

Got the 4 smaller size ones for my TTE wheels yesterday. There not bang on. First thing I noticed was the spacing between the TT and E is wrong but there not bad other than that. I've asked about the badges on the spoiler and I'm waiting for a sample off them. I'll post when it's here.

Mines grey backed as well on the white spoiler. The flash made it go black I think.
-
My car has had one elderly owner from new and I'm sure mines original.
-
Maybe mines a replica or maybe yours is a replica. Think we need more TTE soilers measurements to compare with. Dale what's measurements of yours?

Is your manifold blowing/cracked?
