I'd say so as fuel cut kicks in at 12.5 psi and if you haven'rt ported the waste gate you will get creep. I found that if i set my actuator to 10psi it stopped creeping just before fc before my waste gate was ported but since I've not had any form of creep since but everyones car/creep is different so don't take my words as gospel Luke

I can only imagin you are all talking about the air intake temp sensor which is needed on the n/a system if its not plugged in can cause iratic idle and poor fuel consumption lots of soot in the system (plugs, exhaust) and poor starting . get it pluged in and in the induction path to measure the actual intake temperatures
