Rgs would look better white, they are mint wheels. Only better thing about ce28s are I think they'd suit your car more but their not that nice... colours perfect for a white teg mind.

You don't need a valve. Just vent it underneath the car with a hose all my V's have been ran like this. The valves are basically check valves, if you like though ebay billet breather or motocross breather etc... I personally wouldn't bother.

These cars over the last few years have attracted children, void insurances, buy them because they like the noise they make mid shift... The reality is most of these cars spend their life being ragged... when they start to make funny noises they're put up for sale. Take a jack take torches take tools and really go through it well before you commit.

I would be inclined to run water lines for any turbo that costs a fair crack. When you think a standard td04 is so cheap running water lines is not worth the extra stress on you're cooling system.

That stats not disintegrated the bottom halfs been cut off just leaving the ring in there to act as a seal as without it it would leak. Person you bought it from has prolly cut it to try and stop it over heating... I.e. He probably gathered the stat was sticking/not opening.
