Mine came with a bracket for the solinoide, i attched mine to the bracket that comes off the inner wing for the steeering pump

Depends on what you want an imo i would buy non of these, take a look on the sites an try to actually gain some info from the seller, a build thread on one of the starlet sites is an excellent starter as it gives you a bit of history What are you lookin for in regards to standard or one that has had the correct mods fitted?? MINTERS CAN BE FOUND just takes time an the right car John
