I highly recommend the autobrite stuff that Dean sells on hear that is very good stuff and imo better than the autoglym and mags stuff so easy to use and makes so little dust its unreal!! I use cherry glaze polish with a topping of dodo juice wax. I have yet to attack it with the machine polisher tho with the autobrite restore stuff that might be todays job!

Cheers Phil Well we have got some more tuning done now! we've taken it up to 1.5 bar but stopped at that as the fuel system and the N/A inlet mani and throttle body was getting restrictive but we did manage to make 226whp and 223lb-ft torque! on the Dyno packs which im over the moon with it drives so clean and im making 1.5 bar of boost before 4000rpm witch is insane for a TD05 16G on a 4E. Heres some picks from the tuning session. These switches are all running on the ECU but at the mo only one works and thats the left one! 0.4bar low 135whp boost flick the switch for

It could be but that looks a lot heavier around the narrow bit than the bit you have found. I still think valve retainer but I could be wrong! it should not have been there what ever lol -

This is some of my wood stuff I made this with no plans or drawings I just made it up as I went ive also never had any lessons or anything its all self taught. I made these for my

Your brackets and bolts will be fine on that the bushes are the main thing and they are there. As Pig666eon says see if you can get the rubbers, washers and nuts for the drop links too.

The GT one is defiantly bigger than the N/A one I have 2 or 3 kicking about and often thought about putting one on mine but never got round to it so I was guessing the Glanza one would be the same as the GT one but there seams to be more on the glanza thats the same as the N/A than I thought! Im going to double check the GT ones if I remember too lol! but the drop links are different.
-
The Glanza ARB will fit but you will need the clamps to the body and bushes, the drop links are different too you will need the ones to match the ARB ends some have ball joints at the end of the ARB the others just have the rubber bushes same as the N/A ones. The glanza ones are thicker than the stock n/a ones so would make a difference but not at much as something like a White line or TRD one.

That much timing would show up In EGT temps tho if its hot enough to melt pistons that would show in the EGTs clearly. The turbo would be mad hot too.

With Will at RDT that I use he offers a full pre dyno inspection, bore scope to check every thing is good in the cylinders, checks plugs, static timing, cooling system for leaks and so on and thats around 60 quid if you have that done before the dyno there is no disclaimer to sign and generally if its built to a good standard he dont bother ether but if its all bodged together then yes you have to sign one!
