  1. I pretty sure its a helix clutch kit going on the photos I have found of there clutches.
  2. They use a grey silicone from the factory, I have the part number for it at home it's in the manual I got from Toyota 15 years ago ya could say I have been building these engines some time too.
  3. This is wrong the Toyota manual states to do the above. because the seal does not squash into the tight corners good enough to make a good seal.
  4. Just in the corners where the cam caps meet the head just put a small line across the seam and the same for the one for the distributor clamp.
  5. Can ya make mine 2 please and what's the payment details I carnt see that bit lol
  6. Your not wrong it needs some TLC lol I'm sure it will turn out good tho!
  7. the Clutch is like new mate it had just been reconditioned when I got it off another forum member and it has done no more than 5000 miles in my car there virtually now wear on it at all.
  8. nice update mate nice to see it coming together!! you need to edit the writing on the bumper tho I can see a C rather than an O lol
  9. Cheers mate it cleaned up nice the strut brace! The Greddy TD05 16G does not have water pipes there oil cooled only. Cheers for the comments lads I will update with some vids and stuff once its done!!
  10. No I dont really have any set goals I am happy with the way it goes now to be honest lol so with an extra bar of boost it should be quite fun!! but its more the other bits that are going to be set up that will make the biggest improvements for me. The boost by gear and traction control are the bits it needs most lol because even with the diff it spins the wheels for fun as it is!
  11. well were off back on the Dyno this week for the Hi boost tuning, boost by gear, anti lag, launch control and the hi res knock sensor calibrating to the engine noise, and anything els setting up we can think of lol
  12. It was around 300 quid when I bort it lol it's one of the only things I keept from last time I was boosted!
  13. So has the Blitz DC boost gauge I have that has a peek boost recall or you can play back about 30 seconds of recording plus I think it has a max boost warning too but not sure on that because I have never used that bit.
  14. Ive never had that problem had mine over 12 years its a part of me now!! I just keep giving it a spoon full of sugar and a lot of ££££££
  15. 99% of sensors are the same thread m18x1.5 the reason they come with mild steel bosses if for the steel expansion rate you will fined that sensors get stuck in stainless steel bosses a lot more than they would in mild steel, mild steel might not be pretty but it's the better choise.
  16. Well done lads nice to see things getting stronger and stronger!!
  17. Looking good mate keep it up! Im not sure witch spoiler I like best the SR one does look smooth with the glanza bumper! thats why I still have my SR one too lol
  18. I run a PLX dm-6 wide band, that has a out put for the ECU, does not require any thing doing once fitted, and can be added to with loads more sensors and modules I have the EGT sensor on mine too. Will at RDT has had to bin at least 6 AEM ones in as many months due to sensor faults and not been accurate. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PLX-DM-6-Touch-Screen-Multi-Gauge-52mm-SM-AFR-GEN2-Combo-PN-C6AFRG2-/120985576828?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c2b4d657c
