Just one thing if the tires where starting to scrub off before you had the tracking done they will not stop scrubbing off even when you have had it done, only when you have had new tires fitted it will stop, once the have started wearing uneven they keep wearing uneven its just one of those things. So if it still does it dont think the tracking is still out.

turbo conversion exhaust? help!!
Rob H@RCH Engineering replied to starletgt.neal's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
yep it will fit fine you dont have to weld on the hanger but it does make it better and it stops the exhaust from twisting. -
turbo conversion exhaust? help!!
Rob H@RCH Engineering replied to starletgt.neal's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
No there not the same, the N/A has the front hangers on the rear gear box mount and only one in the center of the car thats used as a earth strap or something, The glanza has non on the gear box mount and 2 mounts in the center of the car. I welded an extra mounting in the center of the car to mount my glanza Blitz nur spec to but it would work with out it. The one on the left of the pick is the one I had to weld on. -
Prob the best 70 quid ever spent that book lol

In V8s we measure the mileage in SMILES to the gallon not miles!! thats why my V8 Landy has been parked up for the last 6 years lol thats only a 3.5l and does a wapping 12-15 mpg!!! but does lovely donuts and burn outs on 33 by 12 inch wide tires lol

Well I best put these on! still got hi boost to sort out once the fuel pump controller comes we can get it mapped and all the other bits set up like the traction control, launch control, anti lag and boost by gear, dont really need the anti lag as the TD05 is hitting full boost under 4000rpm but its there so may as well have it!!!

Re-shimming?
Rob H@RCH Engineering replied to palmer_starlet's topic in N/A E-Series Engine Discussions
If the valves were recut or relapped they will need reshimming as the valve heights will have changed but if you have gone to the expense of all that work why would you not check them if the heads off anyway? -
This int far off Barnsley talk lol shunt be too ard for me lol
