yes theres 2 or 3 different marks on the gears but not all of them are used! here is the picks from the Toyota manual they should help!

Shot blasting wont affect anything in fact shot blasting/peening is used to strengthen steel components, just dont get it in anything that has oil/ water in it or in any moving parts that will cause megger problems! If ya need a hand with anything Rob I will be off work from satday and would be happy to help out!

I've got a 12 hour night shift tonight, get home 7am wash & polish car first thing before the sun gets up, load up then get to bed for a bit till the missis gets home and then were off!!! I carnt wait its been so long since my last show about 8 years lol

This is my strum stick I got it just after I left school I am 32 this year lol and I bet its been used 2-3 times in the 10 years just carnt bring my self to part with it! It was the first thing I ever got on finance! Its a bit dusty lol I think if I leave it longer it will have its own jacket lol This is one I made while I was still at school used this quite a lot when I was having lessons. The skull was airbrushed by a mate that was doing airbrushing at collage at the time And my amp is a Peavey Bandit 112 thats well buried I aint going digging that out lol

In V8s we measure the mileage in SMILES to the gallon not miles!! thats why my V8 Landy has been parked up for the last 6 years lol thats only a 3.5l and does a wapping 12-15 mpg!!! but does lovely donuts and burn outs on 33 by 12 inch wide tires lol

Well I best put these on! still got hi boost to sort out once the fuel pump controller comes we can get it mapped and all the other bits set up like the traction control, launch control, anti lag and boost by gear, dont really need the anti lag as the TD05 is hitting full boost under 4000rpm but its there so may as well have it!!!

If the valves were recut or relapped they will need reshimming as the valve heights will have changed but if you have gone to the expense of all that work why would you not check them if the heads off anyway?

O and I did manage 67 in a bendy bus going down a big hill it was fun but not something I would recommend lol they start to get a bit twitchy and so does your ass!!! I DO NOT CARRY PASSENGERS only work mates lol

fastest Ive been was as a passenger at 170mph and that was going down the slip road onto the motor way! We hit 160 before we got to the bottom lol this was in a EK9 turbo 406whp and it still had more!

small update! The boss was not happy with the Cusco Diff so I decided that this was the way to go! So I got the spare Gearbox out and had it checked over and a full strip down to make sure every thing was good and yes I got my ££££ out this time lol. once I got it back 3 day turn around! I could not have done it in that time with work, I gave it a good cleaning ready for the new shaft seals coming from Toyota tomora and fitting.

Nice to see plenty of GSDs on here!! its all we have had for the 20+ years and all of them have been car dogs lol This is my shadow, shadow the day we picked him up before we knew what was going to come! first snow and all ready going every where in the Starlet this was in the Lakes All was going well till he started been lame in his front left leg so we took him to the vets to see what they had to say so 2 xrays later we found out he had short ulna syndrome/elbow dysplasia so it was decision time there was 4 choices 1, the wankers way out put him to sleep this was not even a choice!! 2, was leave it and end up with him loosing the leg same again this was not going to happen! 3, was chop off the leg same again lol not happening!! 4, operate and try to straighten out the joint this is what I went for only thing was it was going to cost a small fortune!! so any way we went for the first op. He had a section chopped out of the bone I still have this on the fire place lol and a pin put in this was working but he was growing too fast and it healed up before it had chance to work! So next he had another op the bone cut open again and 6 pins and a torsion frame put on to stretch it into place we had to adjust it 2mm twice a day for about 2 month!! he was very good all through it we stopped using the head cone after the first op as he did not like it so we made him a cover to stop him weeing all over the open wounds. he had this redone twice as the pins kept bending! Well after nearly a year of ops, pins and xrays I was 7K out of pocket!! That was harder work than anything getting the bloody money out of the insurance!! But what I got was a best mate that will never let me down!!! and this is him up now and his girl friend Missy my mum/dads dog I think you might work out the missis and me dont give up easy lol we also do volentry work for the German shepherd rescue re-homing rescue dogs and I love every bit of it!! http://www.germanshepherdrescue.co.uk/
