I think the idea is good. As said above could be just condensation in the cold weather. Wipe it off, Check fluid levels and see if it comes back. Dont rush into doing the gasket it may not be necessary.

To be fair if you ditch the tail lights rear bumper and bonnet, then stick some decent wheels on it the outside would look not bad. As for the inside get it all flocked and thats that sorted. You can still use it with a front mounted filter. All it does is alters the vaccum on the actuator pretty much like an ebc. It will work as long as you have the factory actuator fitted with 2 nipples on it rather than 1 you get on an adjustable one.
