I am looking at designs on painting my rocker, do you think this was masked then sprayed to get the silver lines, or do you think its been sprayed then sanded down? Maybe a dremmel type device to get the polished look on the lines?

is this just on a stock ecu, if it is have you got a FPR? If it has increase the fuel rail pressure slightly and then check again. Mine mapped doesnt run green in the AFR when idleing, probably bounces around 13-15.

I need new seals for my rocker cover where the nuts go on top, does anyone have any spare i can buy, i need 5 of them. Cheers Craig

3 bar are you serious, i don't think you can even flow more air through the head than 1.5bar. On another note a TD06 will be more or less unusable on a 1.5 5efte, let alone the 1.3 4efte, you will literally have about 500rpm of usable boost power, i.e revving to near the limiter to get on boost, then when you change gear you will be back off boost and no power. If you want big power avoid TD05/06 they are laggy as hell, take a look at the vf series or hybrid td04 etc.

Always full of suggestions me Can we get a spreadsheet going so we can see which members are booked into which track sessions. Makes it better on the day for watching so we can know who is on when and also its good if you are looking to buy a particular session. Hey Pikey, yeah it was up for sale but i had a change of heart, you know what its like with these things! I am still looking at buyng a bigger boat next year so may go back up for sale towards the end of 2014, will have to see, but knowing me I will end up buying the boat and keeping the car too lol!!

There is defo room for improvement could make it shorter on the turbo side, got a couple of unnecessary bends, bends slow down air flow! Its got to stay on 15"s unfortunatly because the WMS brakes dont fit anything smaller.

Its still on the tuning developments map at 1.3bar on emb. So should be still about 280hp, need to change the injectors if i want to put it onto 1.4bar. Although its struggles to put the power down in most gears as is it lol. Although i do really like the TD04 made by racetech, the pwr results and spool time for the turbo are crazy!! Torque is nice on the 5e but still would like quicker spool!

I have been thinking about this, i had kept steels on it as i wanted it sleeper but I have had it a while now as a sleeper and think i want a change, so need to make some decisions on wheels, its on 15" so wondering what would look cool on it.
