  1. Check your plugs mate. Sounds too simple to be true but I've had exactly the same and know plenty other people have too. I'd recommend buying heat rage 7 plugs off www.camskill.com but obviously that's down to your preference and price range. Keep us updated. Adam.
  2. I hate you a little bit for being mapped. I've needed to get mine mapped for over a year now and still haven't done it lol... Really glad you're doing stuff to her! Haven't heard from you in a while lol. Meet up with you and sexy man soon xxx
  3. Looked into plastic resin and looks really really useful to be honest. Defiantly something I'd look into for making stuff in bulk but no a one off set of speaker adapters for myself lol.
  4. I've never looked into "liquid plastic resin"? Tell me more .... For the price it may cost, I could probably buy some lol. It's just finding someone that actually has them... Been thinking other methods like just using a few bits of MDF to make something similar.
  5. I think I hit full boost ( 0.8 ) by about 3,600-700 rpm on my TD04. I don't see why people complain about lag lol. TD04 is a fine over all replacement over the CT9 any day. Why do we keep having this same discussion? lol!
  6. Some douche bag sold/got rid of them before I got the car. Took the cards off and had these brackets with nothing else. Retards lol. Funny because you can't fit them without these metal brackets anyway.
  7. I do indeed. The plastic bits. I have the bits pictured below already...
  8. Okay so I have the door cards and the metal brackets that screw to the doors but I need the plastic "adapter" bits that fit the speakers to the brackets. Anyone got any for sale or know where I can get some? Picture stolen from Enots . Hope you don't mind lol!
  9. Hi mate. I posted a guide up for this (but on the AVCR) not long ago. Obviously your wiring will be different and the menu settings however it should be plumbed in the same I think! http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/60485-a-guide-to-fitting-and-setting-up-the-apexi-avc-r/
  10. This was when I first fitted the kit, running 0.6 on wastegate pressure. In car video is going uphill with over 30st of people inside.
  11. as pick1 and Starbo said above I've been running 0.6 for about a year and a half now on standard management with no problems at all. I got all the support mods out of the way when I had ct9 so do have stuff like fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, HT leads, colder plugs etc although it's questionable if any of that is needed until you're running more than a bar on td04 lol (other than fuel pressure regulator, you'll need one of them just to be sure!) Massive difference from ct9... Last week I fitted a boost controller and now run 0.8 bar and it's made a huge difference, still on standard manag
  12. Lol . And YES! I should be at Japfest !!!
  13. What :s... If there is pressure in the can then there is the same pressure in the cover if the fittings come from the cover to the can with nothing in between them? The whole point of a breather system is to remove pressure from the engine? Not pressurize it? Am I being retarded here? Is there and point in a race cover? Will some people in the game set this straight?
  14. If you have both lines under the PVC valve how is the engine going to breathe when the valve is closed?
  15. So from what I've read, the point of the lines being sealed and having a can is so that the vapors are sucked from the cover instead of there being no suction.... Yet there is enough pressure in the engine to push the vapors out anyway without the need for sucking them out... So its pointless? Just seems like a far more complicated, messy and no more efficient way of the two lines to a vented can lol. Other than cutting some emissions.
  16. Really can't be bothered to read 5 pages of posts lol! Someone explain to me the benefit of keeping the PCV valve, using 2 catch cans and other bits etc over using the currently used "race spec rocker cover" set up?
  17. So I've been having a friendly yet some what heated discussion with Mr Lang about the breather system on the 4efte and the best way of improving it to also incorporate a catch can system. My basic suggestion was to remove the PVC valve, use the space as another breather and block the hole on the inlet, run both valves to a catch can and port the top of the can so it can breathe properly... I suggested this through basic thought and looking at existing options. It's been used a lot and works. No recycled air going into the inlet because you've blocked it off, and technically "twice" as much br
  18. To be fair they do have a similar shape to a Micra come on ;). And corsa Bs.... At least the GT gets mistaken for a half decent car haha... I personally think they look more like the old swift .
  19. Woop ! Will sort something out next time we see each other
  20. It looks insanely cheesy, over filled with explosions and stunts, typical character roles, money, sluts, guns, fire, cars n shit........ Can't wait haha
  21. Love the table cloths that you've put over your headrests. Or are they window nets?... Either way it looks like your seats are taking part in the KKK..... Haha they're so gay which is why I think they're kinda cool... So gay that it's good. Not sure if its a good thing lol!
  22. Some of this had me in stitches
  23. If any of my watermarked/logo'd photography wins a POTM I'll be more than happy to remove them for the calender .
