    Do it yourself mate! It took me about half an hour to do mine in the snow a few years ago. Everything is easy to get to. Just get the lambda taken out or at least loosened off with oxy ceteline (however its spelt lol) as it was fucking tight on mine lol. All you need is a basic tool set and a bit of strength behind you...... Pussy ;) haha! If you were closer I'd do it for you.

    I've had no PAS for about 2 weeks now as it "worked loose" (I obviously didn't tighten it properly last time I had it apart lol) and the belt slipped off... I've just tightened my pump back up and out the way and obviously have no belt... Unsure if I like it or not. Can feel so much more of the road, every corner feels harder which doesn't bother me, I can feel the front end more and when it starts to slide more than I used to with PAS... But at the same time I nearly went into a lamp post earlier in front of about 10 little chavs because I'd left it late to turn into a car park and couldn't "

    Was parked on market square when I heard this go past at about 5:20 today, went a back road round to catch up and went all way down Annesley bypass to catch up (assuming you were out of town and leaving in that direction), couldn't find you so came back home, and saw you parked across from the chippy lol.     Make sure everything is earthed too.... I've had a few times when something hasn't worked and its because I've missed an earth or something equally as simple lol... Chances of having missed something is slim though as by the sound of it the most likely problem is in the plug and you need to butch it one way or another . No idea on that part though, never done it .

    Or take a plug out, put the HT back on it and turn it over and see if its sparking. Are you 100% sure that everything is plugged in? Check the coilpack and everything going to and from it, check the fuel rail and everything going to and from it.... If its getting fuel and spark it should start unless there is a big fuel leak, air leak etc in which case it would at least splutter or cough into life a bit. Do you have any kind of alarms fitted?

    Right, its been too long since we had a nice little Notts meet. I'd normally leave this and wait for Liam to have his withdrawal symptoms and organize it but he seems to be holding out pretty well lol! So, January.... Who fancies it? Thinking a weekend obviously. Probably a Sunday about 11am, gives us time to meet somewhere, I'll go round getting photos and video footage, can convoy somewhere a little nicer, maybe the derbyshire dales?     I've also lost count lol. The police seem to go mental this time of the year. Last year this time I was pulled I think 3 times in ONE week :s. One I was parked up already and he asked me to get out etc for a check, 2nd I was apparently suspicious driving around at 3am (true I guess lol!) and another I was pulled and drug searched because I was sat in a layby out the way with a lady, police went the other way with blues on and apparently called me in and sent someone else to come check on me by which time I was already moving lol.
