can be done with any forged 4e rods but the question would mainly be why do u just want forged rods

when your doing a forged 5e build u can use either a 5e head ( the one am selling) or a stock 4e head the only diffrence is the 5e valve springs are weaker so would need to be changed for either the stock 4e springs or idealy after market springs like the cruise valve springs. depends how much u want to push out from the engine and how far your budget will strech

i never ran it tho the head looks perfectly fine if your using it for a forged 5e u will need to change the valve springs for either stock 4eftes or aftermarket springs as it just has the stock 5e springs in it

am just selling the valve stem seals, spark plug seals, and injector seals ill be using the rest for my 5e if u need a full 5e set drop idrees a pm he will sort you out

the best thing that could happen is we get word on tuesday that they have managed to squeeze us into japfest and our stand is directly across from theres. i would honestly go out of my way and demand time of work just to come down for that

about 12 miles was tempted but the paddle clutch doesnt make it easy and the town center is inbetween aswell so ill have roundabouts and what not to deal with

just been out and striped it back the cables for the forward/back movement has snaped but judging by the lengh of cable it looks like its snaped just before it goes out the bulk head so cant get close enought to it to try pikey it to get it home. all in all not so bothered now i was move concerned it was the freshly built box. just a pain its on easter weekend dont think post offices are open tomorow

the cars stuck parked on the 60 speed limit road so will need to be super easy todo lol. hopefully iddy will sort me out with a new cable and i can get it sorted out asap and bring her home.

yea was thinking those 2 were for camshafts wasnt sure why they were diffrent colours tho. that thing that looks like the timing belt cover isnt its a small bit of rubber clueless to what it does but i have the timing belt cover seal in a seprate box along with rest of the bigger gaskets
