  1. I'm in desperate need of one - I think I have a 40mm drop and with 50 profile tyres the rear driver side wheel catchs the arch.
  2. I paid £3200 for my first year, but N.I. is a different ball game altogether.
  3. N.I. Plates are: Letter Letter Letter Number Number Number Number e.g. AJZ 8899 Irish plates have a letter in the middle somewhere.
  4. Was it bought from Norther Ireland or Ireland? Reqistrations for cars from N.I. are near enought the same as English reg's ie R-Reg ='97 etc. TAX and MOT bought in Northern Ireland is valid in the mainland. My Dad has bought loads of cars from England and the process is exactly the same whether it's bought from someone in our street or England/Scotland/Wales.
  5. Just on top of this, my car is registered in Swansea DVLA office and this is where my tax disc was posted from. The only difference between N.I. and the mainland is the MOT centres. The MOT centres are owned by the DVLA over here.
  6. This happened to me on my very first engine, oil pressure switch if flickering.
  7. You do not need to do anything different, just register the car as normal. Northern Ireland is part of the UK
  8. ^^LOL Awesome seats dude, would love a set of Brides with Takata's
  9. Yeah, especially large body pannels. I had a search with a few part number on that site, and you can still be complete zero miles engines. I've heard Toyota have completely run out of AE86 parts, could just be a rumor though.
  10. Looks awesome mate, I was going to buy one of these about 2 years ago, but my insurance company wouldn't insure me. The one I drove had a Mines ECU & rev'd out to 9000rpm.
  11. Nice one dude, Toyota must have a lot of warehouses with spare parts. If you are ever really stuck for anything try this site. - http://www.amayama.com/ You need parts number to search though.
  12. Seen this on facebook earlier, I wonder how long the fakes have been around for?
  13. Sorry for all the questions, are they easy to fit/setup?
  14. I take it they are universal and would be ok to run on a n/a then?
  15. A friend of mine has one for sale, quite cheap. Does anyone run one or had experiences?
  16. Cheers Jay, really appreciate you setting that up. The drive home was the best drive I've had in a long while. Still got a few wee things to do, I will get the timing light on tomorrow night. Give it the once over for piece of mind. Still need to sort the idle out too. All coming together though, at long last! Good to know Morgey, still need it on the dyno to see where I stand.
  17. Agreed Phil! Cheers dude, I need to wait until my private race track is vacant Will get some up shortly. On other news, I was surprised today driving into work, pulls really well in 5th couldn't beleive the overal driveability since it has been running right.
  18. I was down at the costa tonight seeing Jay. I initially went down to pick up a standard fuel, regulator and lines. After a bit of a yarn, Jay put the wideband on to have a look to see exactly what the feck was going on with the fueling. Well... I was very surprised. What I thought was over fueling turned out to be extremely under fueling. A few tweaks with the reg and got some good results. Low 12's on WOT. Jay is going to get a few graphs done up and compare the runs. I'm going to have a look to see what a n/a should be putting out. I still need to do a few tweaks with the ITB
  19. That is quite cool! I doubt the buyer will ever need any spare parts.
  20. Throttle bodies are on! Been out for a quick run and Videos to follow.
  21. Yeah, that's what I thought. I tried to buy a pink tanabee strut brace, but it was £210 inc postage.
