Can anyone recomened a slimline civic fan that bolts up without having to cable tie it to the rad? that actually bolts to the OEM points

1) why is the intercooler puttogether with red hoses on teh table, and fitted with blue? 2) socks couldnt you lend a headlight for MOT? unless it genuinly doesnt have a functioning headlight at all :/ 3) fastest conversion ever, ill be interested what your doing with the bumper!

yeah. im going to gap the plugs, if i can find a bloody feeler guage, then we will see. i should be ordering manifold soon, then booking to go for mapping. i have heard good things about Race-Tech and TM-Dev. I wanted somewhere closeer to poole/weymouth way. but all the reputable starlet tuners seem to be further up

thats what i reckon. as when i first did the cooler, i had a boost leak, and was only boosting to 0.6, and i noticed then i could take it right up the rev range. so i think its boost related what gap would you recommened sparky? 0.8? the reason im straying away from road mapping is because ill be coming over to the UK for the map, so i physically cant afford to have it put off due to weather to whatever anyone good to recommned that has a RR? or maybe if i spoke to Ricky he could rent a rr for the occasion

top one is a vacuum mate so to the inlet, there was a vacuum on the standard fpr so get some hose and use that one

nope its not, i have an aftermarket alarm fitted. but my car came from japan with no fobs at all no matter how hard i tried, i cant find a replacement fob for the after market alarm, as it is japense only, and now out of production i then noticed i had the rear view mirror sensor so i then ordered that single button fob from toyota. and reprogrammed it to my car

the difference could be that i guessed at 12% loss through the drive train, so that could be where the few miles per hour are coming from i also was playing with ideas of changing springs etc, so the limiter is set to 7800 there, not 7500. so ill adjust that and re run it

luke, that is based on my engine turning it, and i am running 181 bhp. if you have a dyno graph for your car i can model it on your engine

could anyone comfirm my suspision above? it seems to be boost related, as in it doesnt do it lower down so it could be the spark plug gap being to large right? also, hdi cooler is on now, and the car is going into the garage to have the front bumper chopped out and resprayed 270 quid, i thought that was a realyl good price will have some more pics up when that is done also talkign to zisco abotu a EWG mani, which should be on order soon. Then it will be up to Ricky for ECU and mapping
