can anyone give suggestions of where you are getting these prices for mapping/supply/install of emage systems? Im trying to shop around, but I need names and companies Thanks

glanza looks tidy mate. is that a carbon culture rear spoiler? id be warey of the ae86, have you considered a mx5/s13? one of my closest mates owns a ae86, and he is forever working on it. parts are so expensive/rare youll be looking forever and if you are learning to drift in it, if you hit it, you would not believe the cost of body work stuff for it. just my 2cents

Does anyone use an App or just safari? I find it runs slow in the browser, didnt know if anyone had found anything that worked? Thanks

aparently sighted in a petrol station in hatfield recently. but that could just be internet bs aparently it got stolen whilst the guys were in a VIP drinks thing. they didnt get out til 8, went back to the trailer realised the car was gone they then blamed each other thinking it was a practical joke, or had been mvoed out of the way by track staff then they heard from the security staff that it had been driven out about 2.30 hours later with regards to the tank, the guy that built it said, that although it will do only a few laps on the track it would do a good 50 miles if being driven sens

that would be because most people just do it for turbo room lol but i agree its a good mod in terms of weight/cooling ability (if you go for a ally rad) looks tidy so far ryan!

where is that quote from?

My glanza FOB is just a single button one? Or is it just the UK starlet?

can somebody move this to the ECU forum please. Thanks iamlegend. I just dont know what to do 500 for a plug n play or 700ish for a mapped pefect for my car EMB but then like you said, the hastle of traveling to a RR/mappers. Although i would probably want it all checked any way to check fueling etc was definately good.

Right, My Problem/Set up so im looking for the final pieces of my puzzle. i want an ecu to run this set up: 4EFTE CT9 (Running somewhere round 1-1.2bar) Zisco Ram Horn Mani Relocated HKS Airfilter HDI Intercooler Plug N Play I have looked at the 'Plug and Play' ECUS for about £500 squid, and they just seem a bit fuzzy, as you dont know what they are mapped for and they might not actually run your car at its best/safest. Anyone else agree? Mapable ECUs Ultimate V Blue So im looking at actual mapable ECU's. Most people on here seem to recommened Emanage. What is the difference betwee

ive replaced the plugs, just need to gap them i got denzo r11's and somebody said they should be gapped to 0.8 not 1.1. so ill regap them. dizzy, rotor arm were all replaced about 12 months ago, and when i was cleaning them they didnt look worn at all really
-
well thats the plan. go with the plugs then that ive cleaned all the rotor arm etc, so then it must be fueling right. then ill go for a some kind of ecu. Just to clarify, if I fit an ecu, am i best to take the fpr off and put the standard regulator on?
-
another bump up for Steve as a seller fast postage (apart from the post office mucking about, but thats not steves fault) he sent me a intercooler and it was packed great, it was packed better than some brand new stuff ive bought. top bloke
-
disagree, my mate has a 340bhp mk1 focus rs its stupidly quick along the straight (13 sec 1/4 mile) but he doesnt rate the handling compared to his ibiza cupra
-
lead fitted, although i still have a mis/backfire at 6k and above. just one or two then it goes again. will regap plugs and if that fails ecu time!
-
the way i did mine was buying the universal rail off demon tweaks. then if you take the standard seat rail, drill the rivets out, then it all bolts straight together no welding required!
-
so, i had a play with a spreadsheet tool: not bad, i wonder how acturate is it, looking athe speeds and rpms etc, it looks about right. i think my leads and FMIC got here today, although i havent been home to check. Also ECU will be ordered on the 20th of this month. so that should fix all my fueling problems right? Also should be ordering manifold this month
