I had the same problem not long ago - bleed it with the car running on idle. but its always best to bleed all 4 together starting from the furthest away from the master cylinder
Make sure the oil lines and cooler are not mounted too high as up as gravity can also have an effect on pressure - best to mount the cooler lower to the car
I don't think our engines can handle antilag even if its forged. you will need to make custom modifications to the block i.e custom crank gurdle, billet main caps etc
