if you ever decide to changed form EMB to something else you will not get your money back for it where as with plug n play they tend to hold their value. I paid £500 for my zep plug n play ecu 2 years ago and i know for a fact i can get £500 back for it today, Check how much the EMBs are worth second hand usually a cople of hundered im guessing

Item For Sale: HPI MT2 nitro R/C car Here we have my beloved HPI MT2 for sale, I have had nothing but fun from this little car over the past few years. The car is far from standard and has had all the best modifications done to it that were available over the years of ownership. what sort of head work have u done so far...solid buckets and uprated springs should do the job alone, the stock intake mani is good for up to 350-400bhp

go for 74.5mm as AdamB said as this will also eliminate the posibility of piston slap on cold start too

If your going to stick to a CT9 then go for a plug n play that way you dont need to get it mapped everytime you change something.

We had a customer at my uncles garage stating we have tuned his car without his permission lol....The car came in for a simple service and a minor idle issue (BMW 318 COUPE) we noticed there was a big tear in in the flexi plastic pipe which connects to the air box so we replaced this (hence better performance) When the client took his car for a spin after we did the work he wanted to know why it seems faster and why we have tuned it without his permission. I couldnt help but laugh at him we explained to him what the fault was and we even told him we can put the broken part back in if he wants.

Or get an adjustable D.V that way you can have the best of both worlds
